      left Kia Soul at this dealership for repair need. after 7 business days had not heard back. was then told car was next in line to be diagnosed. after 10 business days had to go to dealership for update. was told then should be that day. went back at 4 pm and not looked at. service manager Levi then advised was told not to make any diagnostic appointments for at least a month, they were that far behind. never told this when leaving car. now having to pay tow service to pick up car to take somewhere else to be repaired. vehicle bought new from Crain also. no apology either at anytime for this very poor service. having to leave 1 star to submit. otherwise would be 0 or a negative number.

      Jorge gave us exceptional service. He was attentive, honest and informative. I would be happy to do business with him again. We bought a KIA Sportage Hybrid and are very happy with it.

      Crain Kia in Fayetteville is awesome! They explained what service was needed and kept me informed. What I really liked is their honesty. They didn’t try to sell me a service the car didn’t need. My car was washed and the inside was vacuumed too. Thanks! I will be back!

      Quick, courteous and efficient service for maintenance. My visit was for a six-month service checkup and they performed all the usual tasks and updated me on things that could need some attention in future months. They thoroughly explain what's being done and what might come up later.

      I have Bought now two KIA'S from Keaton ******** at Crain KIA of Fayetteville. They have both times gave me an exceptional deals. I purchased a 23 TELLURIDE LADY YEAR and a 24 Forte GT JUST THIS WEEK. ALSO THE service department is Wounderfull as well they explain all my service questions so that understand and don't charge me for any services I don't want or need.

      I was pleased with the service I received at Crain Kia in Fayetteville, AR. Everyone was super nice and helpful. It took a little longer than I anticipated but the service dept. explained up front that they were running behind and it might take longer than was first stated. I have bought 3 vehicles from this Kia dealership and would strongly recommend them to friends and family.

      We were very pleased with our salesman and all of the staff at Crain Kia of Fayetteville. We were shopping for a new K-5 and were shown the exact model we wanted. After our test drive, we started the process of purchasing our new car!! The experience was well planned and went smoothly. Thanks to all of the staff for making our purchase happen quickly and easily.

      Dealership Discriminating against women and trying to extort. Mom trying to buy daughter a car that is still listed as for sale on the website. My credit was pulled, put a deposit down to hold the car. The next day the sales lady Raylynn calls to tell her that unfortunately there is something wrong with the car and it can't be sold. I asked if it can it be fixed? She told me no; it is unable to be sold. I found this very strange, but she said they just received another car in on trade that would work for her. She said would hold it for her so she could come see it the next day and test drive it. When she gets there, she tells her that they already sold it!! At this point Raylynn comes clean & tells me that the car I wanted is absolutely fine, but she was told not to sell it to me unless I bought gap insurance & their extended warranty so they could make more money on it. If you needed to make more money on it, then have a higher sticker cost! I was putting 4K down on a 13k car, there is no need for Gap & the car is under warranty. So, my brother decided to call up there & try and get some answers. Of course, the GM is at lunch or never available. He got some smug Sales Manager name KENNY. He tells him the story & he went on the defense right away;" how do you not know it's not able to be sold?" Well, because your own sales rep came clean. He finds it funny and laughs, says he would never sell me the car. I was not the one trying to buy it, a single mother was trying to for her 17-year-old daughter. Talk about missing the entire point here! By the way, halfway through the call I hear them put me on speaker, I told Kenny I will wait for the GM to call me. He laughed and said he is listening, so he isn't at lunch? A GM that can't be bothered to take a call regarding possible discrimination and bad business practices. This is discrimination and is illegal.
