Been doing some recent renovations to our property and found some frustrating items present. - beer cans left within many of the walls behind Sheetrock - gfci regulation outlets next to kitchen sink are not present. - zero junction boxes for light fixtures (seems all of the wiring was just punched through the drywall/sheetrock - erosion on my whole yard. The yard was originally completely dead so with my closing contract my agent added the context of rausch fixing it if it didn’t revive within 60 days. The company sodded the yard a total of 4 times and each time they basically just patched the parts that were dirt. They also to their credit did try regrading a portion of the property to help with drainage. I have a lot that has been empty for 2 years next door and they stated they would sod it to ensure it didn’t erode into our yard. Never happened. All of my grass is dead now because I have sediment flowing through any time it rains. In addition I have a ravine in the middle of my back yard and flooding issues around the foundation. Ultimately I’d like them to fix all of these issues however since I’m not the only one having to deal with this with this company it’s unlikely and I will have to seek recourse elsewhere.
