Bought a car from this dealer on the 12th of last month and still till this day waiting on my title to get the car registered. Been in touch via email and all I get is that the bank is slow and still hasn't sent the title. Now I have a car which I can't register or legally drive. Why sell a car with no title? I want this resolved now. Or take the car back....Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/09/21) */ We had just received the vehicle that ***** purchased a few days before. There happened to be a payoff on it so we didn't have the title currently in house. We had already paid off the previous loan and were waiting from the previous lien holder to send us the title. We have had multiple contacts with the customer letting them know the status. All of the banks are extremely behind on payoffs and processing titles. We received the title on September 16th and sent to the customer. The customer has registered the vehicle with a $25.oo late fee which we told the customer upfront that if this were to happen we would pay. We are issuing a check to the customer for the late fee. The sales person and the business manager had been in contact with the customer. The customer had nothing but good things to say about us. Hopefully this clears this up. We have been in business mamy years and have always made the best attempt to take good care of all of our custmers. They already provided me the title and I got the car registered. They have been super nice in getting this taken care of. Also spoke with ***** the sales person he also helped me. Everything is good.
