I ordered over one hundred dollars worth of clothing from this website which popped up as a Facebook add claiming to sell discounted clothing . I have not received any products so i contacted customer support and they replied that I have a few options and I choose to have them resend products . It has been several months and I have yet to receive a thing.Initial Complaint

Ordered 9 articles of clothing from them, months later never received them, they reshipped still never received the 3nd package. NOW they have supposedly issued a 70% refund NOT 100% it’s been OVER the 15-25 days that they said and still no refund in my account NOR items that I orderedInitial Complaint

I ordered some jeans from flavatory ORDERflavatory*************** on 3/31/2024. I reached out on 5/8/2024 and asked where my package is. I reached out and received quick customer service from the customer service department. They stated that I had a couple of options, have the order reshipped at no cost or have a refund of my money. I opted to have them reship the items. I then confirmed my mailing address and they stated that this was the address they had on file and would send another package promptly. On 5/13/24, I received an email that they had reshipped the package. On 6/12/24, I reached out to them and explained that I still had not received a package and I wanted my money back. They sent me a tracking screenshot that stated that the package was delivered on 5/25/24 and that they would not be refunding me my money or resending any merchandise. The website states that it is a suspicious link, and I can no longer access their website. I am now out the money and did not receive the jeans that I had ordered. I am hoping to get help with a refund of my money.Initial Complaint

Never received items ordered. Contacted them several times.
