I ordered from them almost $100 worth of pants since I thought they were a good price, never got delivered. They had supposedly re sent it. Never delivered. They claim it was delivered around midnight. Nothing was delivered. They were going to refund me. Well it’s been like 6 months and still no refund. It’s a scam

I ordered 6 things and never received them! I contacted them and they said they “ were lost in shipping ” They supposedly resent me a new order and said that order “ was delivered “ I never received them and never got any confirmation or notice of shipment. They finally refunded half of my money! They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people and taking advantage of people and their money!

Placed an order in March never received my items sent multiple emails same excuses items claimed to be delivered and then lost They said they put in for a refund that got lost so they did it again still nothing I even tried canceling my order within minutes of placing it they say it was to late…Do not order from this website !

Since I can’t give the a negative amount of stars all I have to say is DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS “COMPANY” I made my “purchase” March 22 and I’m still waiting for a refund. I know I’m never going to see it. I just want to stop anyone else from making the same mistake. I never buy from these sites because I worry about what I would be getting but I thought give it a shot I’m going on vacation and it would be nice to have a couple pairs of new jeans and a sweater. Jokes on me!!! It never showed up… And now I have been fighting with them to get my money back!!!! I guess my gut was right. I will never be doing that again…

Multiple emails regarding two loss packages that never arrived, but claimed to be delivered to somewhere warehouse in Allen Park, but not a specific address. When inquired a big runaround happened. Then a refund was demanded they claimed that they could only give me a portion of my refund because they had shipped to packages to me which never received to me. I have been fighting with these people since April 2024 to either receive the products which never came or my refund first they told me 7 to 10 days for the refund and due to my bank it’s going to take anywhere from 15 to 25 days to be refunded. And the meantime I have, returned other things and received refunds within 24 hours. This company is the biggest scam and I don’t know how they continue to get away with it. I still have not received my $80 back was too good to be true sure but I think I would get ripped off like this absolutely not , like Temu and SHEIN sell similar items I have never had any issues with them and didn’t expect to have issues with this company either. Facebook must flag this company because that is where I found them and stop them from selling to people because they’re selling them. Absolutely nothing but air taking their money and ripping them off. I have sent at least three dozen emails back-and-forth with these people and all they do is send me the same stupid generated email. I told him I would be contacting the BBB. Not sure what this is gonna do for me because right now I’m out $80  

This company looked reputable. They were on instagram, used two blonde females and it wasn't until after I made my purchase, I realized they were overseas.! I don't buy overseas, and this is why. They gave me a tracking number, which after the allotted time, the site didn't work anymore. Requested my refund, received generic "check with your neighbors" email. They offered to send again and after the allotted time, the tracking number didn't work. I started requesting a refund. Received generic email saying they would send it but give it 25 or more days. Never received it. Reached back out and received another generic email saying they would try to refund me again. It's all a scam. There is no number to contact, no email to an actual person. I'm hoping the BBB can do something about this. I wish I didn't have to leave one star! This is more of a reason to shop local.

I have the same complaint as everybody on this page. Ordered, shipped, tracked...and nothing. Contacted customer service. Prompt response saying "sorry, we'll re-send". Again, shipped, tracked... no package. Contact customer service - they'll refund 70%. I haven't read one good review. If they are keeping 30% of each transaction, I'm sure they are making bank. It's a scam for sure. If I could select negative star rating for this company, I surely would!

A scam company. Placed an order on May6,2024. After 30 days of “shipping” showed delivered. I waited a couple of days to contact them since sometimes things are marked delivered but show up a day later. They immediately offered a refund or a reshipment. Dumb me requested them to reship the items. Here I am another 30 days and no product. This time the shipping showed shipped and delivered within 15 days. They claimed my area is hard to deliver to. Same day Costco delivery finds my house each time. They only offered me a 70% refund since they lost so much on the items already by shipping out twice. I hope someone catches these crooks.

I placed a big order March 20, 2024. I have not received a single item. Customer service was fast to respond but useless. Wasted money! Then sent tracking claiming it was delivered, with tracking notification never seen before just from my town to my house.

I placed a order in March. Took a month before it showed delivered however it was never delivered. I have cameras on my home and nothing. I reached out to the company and they offered to resend again. Which they did. Here we are a month later and now show delivered again but it is not. This company is a total scam. They refuse to provide documentation of who the carrier is that they say delivered. Company won't believe anything the customer states. They just take your money and run.
