An order was placed for an item. When we received the item, it wasn't what we were expecting. In calling the company to ask questions, we were met with severe rudeness, and told there wasn't anything they could do to help. We would have to pay for shipping the item back, and pay so they could "restock" the item. The item arrived yesterday (7/28/2021), and that's also when the phone call took place. The item in question is a small oxygen tank, with no oxygen. When we called, we were told 1) there's a disclaimer stating the oxygen is not provided. (I have yet to be able to find it), and 2) the return policy falls under "general" which is different for each item. I then confirmed one would have to search for each products return policy before buying since each one is different. The people on the phone were also not at all willing to answer their roll in the company so I could speak to somebody to help me. The cost was $189, though it's listed as $110 with free shipping.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2021/08/27) */ Customer ordered an oxygen tank which states these are shipped empty (without oxygen). Customer received and complained it did not contain oxygen and that we provided mis-information even though it clearly states on the product page that the tank does not contain oxygen. This is the case with all oxygen tanks regardless where they are purchased from. Customer claimed we would not accept the return which is incorrect. As long as the oxygen tanks have not been filled with oxygen we can accept the return. We authorized the return for the custom and as stated in our return policy the customer is responsible for paying for original and return shipping. The customer purchased the oxygen tank only which is $110 USD. The product that is $189 includes the oxygen tank regulator. This is not the product the customer ordered. Unfortunately the customer purchased products without researching what was needed and is blaming the seller (us) on their behalf. Our sales staff was not rude, but merely telling them information that did not conform to what they believed was needed. ****** ***** XXX-XXX-XXXX ext 204 ******@promolife.com
