Got overcharge the puppy was almost 7,000 they were very insistent on me buying it when I wasn’t sure I wanted a puppy. When I ask for price they said 5,000 with Everything you need included. at the end of the day, they started putting a bunch of things for the dog in my basket. That I thought was included on the 5,000 price but no, I was gonna pay more for that. Ended up with a credit card that says if I pay the minimum amount I’ll be done in 15 years paying 17,300 that’s not how things got explained to me at the store. I froze at the end of the day when they showed me the paper I was signing to take the puppy home. Then as a first time dog owner I got overwhelmed with the puppy try to return it also the next day for personal life conflicts and I has no luck because of their no return policy.

Please see attached sale documents provided in the email that was sent to [email protected]. The original purchase price was $5950. The total invoice price with sales tax and supplies was $6806.89. Included in the sale was a homecoming kit and a training den, listed on the invoice as $0. Additional supplies were not included. The sales slip from Petland Credit Card that Ms. M******* signed states it is a revolving account and the amount matching the invoice also is listed on the slip. We have multiple communications through our corporate office, our third party warranty service, and at both our Fayetteville and Rogers store, where Ms. M******* told us she had to go to El Salvador to take care of her sick father and wanted to return her sale. It appears Ms. M******* is attempting to get out of her purchase and is having buyers remorse.
