I signed on to have Ozark Go Fiber optic internet service installed at my home in 2020. The rep at Ozark Go put me on the wait list for Fall 2020 install. After several phone calls to check progress they told me January 2021. After several more phone calls they told me April 2021. This continued every three months through 2021-2022 until May 2022, when a crew came out and ran the fiber optic to a pole just outside my garage. The contractor told me the next crew would be there in 48 hours to put the box on the house and two weeks later I would receive a tech to install the modem. Three weeks later the crew finally showed up and refused to dig the line in until I showed them my 14 year old daughter could dig in the ground here. They said it was too hard for their machine. Do the box has been on the house now since the first week of June. I have called a total of 20 times trying to set an appointment up for the tech to install a modem. Each time the lady told me she would contact a crew and they would call me back. Each time I received no call. Today is call #20. I am a disabled Marine with two teen daughters living here. Due to the terrain, the only phone or internet signal we can get here is via fiber optic line. We have had Viasat for two years but it is incredibly unreliable. We have no phone or internet at the moment even though we are being billed through Viasat. Can you please have them call me with an appointment schedule.
