              This company recently bought our trash and recycling service companies. Since that time, they have stopped picking up recycling, while collecting money for the services. I have reached out to them many times. I have a long email chain with them going back over 2 months as we discuss this issue. I was told they stopped picking up due to lack of payment (which we were not notified of), so we gave them more money. Then the excuse was it was the wrong week for pickup. Then I was told they would put in a special work order to have it picked up since it had not been picked up in for long. That pickup didn't happen, and now they are not responding to my emails. At this point, I feel this is theft of money without providing services.
