              Purchased a new Ranger VX1788 boat from ***** ****** ****** on 7/18/2023. Since the purchase the boat has had several manufacturing defects. The boat has been taken to both of Ranger authorized dealers in my area. After 2 months of the boat being in the shop, the boat is still not repaired. I sent a certified letter to Ranger HQ with full explanation of issues, along with work orders from ***** ****** ****** and **** *** service. I received an email from Ranger explaining that the company will not get involved in any defect issue and that my only option is to work with an authorized dealer. I now have to take the boat back to ***** ******, a 3hr R/T, to have them see if they can repair the multiple issues the boat still has. Including down payment, monthly payments, and interest, I have spent over $20,000.00 for a boat I have been able to use 5 times. This product has multiple manufacturing issues and was expecting Ranger to stand behind their product.

              2023 Ranger 622 Pro, cost 146k and has had to go to the shop after every trip it has been in water. This time wiring started burning 18 miles out on lake and we killed master power to stop from burning. Ranger will not return my calls or emails. What is even worse is that the dealership has been emailing them because they don’t do over the phone and ranger has yet to reply to them. Feeling completely ripped off the boat has spent so much time in shop It will be depreciated 50k before i can actually use it
