Purchased a 2020 Polaris Ranger XP1000 on June 12,2021, for the amount $27,000. The salesperson, ****** said the Polaris is new. I, ***** *****, said it's not new it has 190 miles on it. The salesperson, ****** said the Polaris was driven around at Sports Event sponsoring their company but it was not driven in the mud at the event. I had the Polaris a month and it started making a grinding noise. It was dropped off at, Honda of Forrest City, on July 23, 2021 and told Service Manager it needs to be driven 10 miles to hear noise. When we picked the Polaris up on August 6, 2021 we were told they couldn't find a noise but it had only been driven 2 miles. After it was taken home, I heard the grinding noise again that I had taken in for. I took the Polaris to my shop to change the oil and listen to pin point noise. This time it started making another noise. So, I dropped the under carriage to visibibly see anything. I found mud and rocks impacted under the shield. My employer witnessed the under carriage taken off and the mud and rocks impacted in it. The inside of the rims had grooves cut in them from the mud and rocks impacted in them. I took it back to the Honda of Forrest City, September 20, 2021, and they still have it as of this date November 17, 2021. I talked to the owner ,******* ******, and explained what I found and the grinding noise that still wasn't fixed. Mr ****** said ***** the salesperson should have told us the Polaris I just purchased was buried in the mud so bad tractors had to pull out at the sponsored event. I told Mr ****** if I had been told this before purchased I would have not purchased. Mr ****** said if we were not happy he would purchase back from me. Honda called November 16, 2021 and said it's ready after almost 2 months. I have paid $1000 for 2 months that I didn't have. I called Polaris Warranty and nothing was submitted on a grinding noise only on rear shock. Honda is saying it was and Polaris Warranty says it wasn't.
