      I ordered 1000 rounds of 9mm ammo from these people. What was delivered was 994 rounds thrown into a beat up cardboard box with a note telling me that this wasn't their ammunition but had been packed by a contractor, and to contact them if there were any performance issues. The ammo is junk. Out of 100 rounds fired so far I've had 10 failures to fire. The ones that do fire throw a two foot plume of burning debris out of the muzzle and are dirty. One round had the bullet seated upside down. So I called their service number to report problems with the performance of the ammo. I was told on my first call that the factory was closed and that I needed to send an email. So I sent the email. It has been 10 days now, and no reply to my email. I have called the service # several more times now and I keep getting different stories about why they aren't replying to me. This morning they tell me that the factory is closed because "the government" has seized all of their computers. I have no idea if that is true. Nothing else that they have told me has been. The order number on the ammo was ****

      I ordered 5,000 rounds of ammo. When it was received the ammo was bad and loaded incorrect. Would not fire. They sent a return label. When they received it they only say they weigh it not verify that I sent it back. And will not refund what was paid and keep what they want. Worst business practice ever. They will not call. Only email.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/02) */ This customer ordered Range Grade ammunition and ran into some performance issues with it after receiving the order. The customer returned the product and was refunded for rounds returned less shipping and processing as per the policy on RG ammunition returns. The customer is claiming that they sent more ammunition back than they really did, and wants to receive additional reimbursement. The returned product was initially weighed, then counted and verified. The customer will not be receiving any additional refund. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/08/03) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They sent me an email first stating they weight it for the count. We counted all before sending it back. Also let them know if they go by weight they should weigh ea one as they are all a pretty good difference in weight vs ea other.I asked if they had received a damaged box from shipping. Then they sent me another email stating they counted them. Saying it was short 798 rounds. Then asked if they should file a claim vs fed ex. As I replied yes. Now waiting to see next response. Yet they will not call and talk to anyone as they say it all has to be done Thru email. We have contacted the corporate office as well. Once initially weighed and refunded, these were counted out and repacked into boxes to be sold for components. The weight received matched the physical count. These processes have been in place for some time and are very precise. As the customer stated a claim has been filed and is pending FedEx review to see if there were any damages to be paid while in FedEx's possession. At this time, the customer is not due any additional refunds nor will we be issuing any until further notice.
