      Had an issue with dash warning lights all coming on. I live over an hour away from business and had to take my car up there on at least three seperate occasions for the same issue. I paid 700.00 for a diagnostic of the vehicle. They said they fixed the problem and yet less tha 20 miles down the road the warning lights came back on. Problem wa not fixed. This last time I took my car in, I had a gentleman call me and tell me that the problem was under warrenty and I would not have to pay. This is the same problem I have taken it twice before without resolution. Today they called and said that the problem was not under warrenty and I would have to pay 1100.00 plus labor. And they want me to pay AGAIN for the diagnostic on the car that was done previously without resolution. I will puick my car up without them fixing the issue because after two other incidents I do not believe they would fix it correctly anyway. I do not want to have to pay AGAIN for a disgnostic on the car for a problem that should have been fixed long ago.

      Also. when I asked today (6/7/24)  if my warranty was called in march the first time if they said the lady forgot  said i should of reminded her !!

      I spoke with the Service Manager and apparently this customer was in here (Service Manager, ******) office on Friday.

      ****** explained to the customer and the other two men that was with her that a hose is not a warrantable item. ****** did try working with the customer in regards to this issue and she basically refused. Customer wanted a refund of her $700.00 and future work done for free. Once again ****** offered to work with the customer on parts and labor.

      I bought a car from Crain Kia January 11th of this year. I have yet to receive my title and it has been over 3 months. Each time I call their office I am told paper work is running behind and I will get my title soon. I do not believe this to be an acceptable timeline and no specific information in regard to my title is ever provided. I am always just told it is in process and I will need to wait.

      This unit was a auction unit and it looks like Corp was having issues getting the title from Hawaii then they had to send it to okla for a lien stamp. Unfortunately when purchasing auction units we run into this from time to time. The customers paperwork has been mailed to her as of 5/8/24 with tracking number **** **** **** ***** per *****.

      I've been working for the last 4 months to cancel my gap insurance. I have emailed the necessary documents twice, been on the phone at least 6 times (with both crain kia and whoever they have the gap insurance through), and I have gone into the physical location to drop off paperwork. I have not received any communication from Crain Kia, even with me requesting an email just saying that they have done what needs to be done.

      The gap claim is from **** *****-Customer will need to call **** at ************ and request a breakdown of monies received from them.  Also the insurance company of customer should be able to have a break down of payment customer received.  Please let me know if we can help further.

      I purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Kia Crain August 15,2023. Kia only provided me two papers of the purchase. Kia Crain sold me a vehicle they did not have the title in their possession. I still have not received any paperwork on this purchase in the mail after multiple calls to them. I spoke with Billie House title manager and will no longer return my calls. I have no paperwork showing I purchased this vehicle and the finance company still hasn’t received the title for this vehicle. Kia Crain in fort smith will not return my phone calls or speak with me about this matter any further. Kia Crain sold me a vehicle they legally did not have the correct documents to sale to anyone. They still have not retrieved the title from the previous owner. I am not able to title, pay for taxes, let alone pay off this vehicle because no one has possession of the title to this vehicle.

      My mother in law has brought a kia soul she goes to the Dr in northwest Arkansas and every time she makes the drive her vehicle breaks down we call kia we get it to the shop and they charge her money and don't fix the problem this has happen 3 times and the past year her car has a warranty on it and they are not honoring the warranty we have talk to them about this told them what the car is doing and they say nothing wrong when there is stuff wrong we don't know what else to do she a old lady that does not need to be broke down every time she goes to the Dr and my husband and I can't take off work to take her to all of her appointments

      Complaint I recently purchased a 2022 sorento from Crain Kia in fort smith AR on 4/2/202. I traded in my 2021 GMC Sierra. This dealership management and staff was awful to me and my husband following the sale. The dealership owed me $3,000 from the trade of my truck. I was informed at the time of the sale that it would take 10-14 days for the paperwork to be processed and for me to revive the check and title along with my paperwork. After day 14 I had still not received anything in the mail. When I called and inquired about this with the dealership I was told that it was out of their hands and that the corporate office was now responsible for this. Upon congaing corporate I was informed that my paperwork was not filed correctly by the dealership. This dealership sold my trade without owing the vehicle and receiving the title. My financial institution contacted me about payment for the truck and I relayed to them exactly what I had been told by the dealership. They informed me that the truck had not been paid off. The dealership sold my truck to someone without paying it off. I also cancelled an extended warranty on the new vehicle for which the dealership owes me $2,841 and the finance manager **** and general manager *** are refusing to take my phone calls for a refund on this matter. I have not received the second key for my vehicle as I was promised they would order for me, and again I can't get anyone at the dealership to take me calls when I inquire. The dealership is also charging a "market adjustment" of $9,000.

      Mrs. ********* signed the POA with her married name and title was in her maiden name --her husband who wasn't on the deal came in upset and said she's married now and she didn't need to sign it that way. As far as the product cancellation it was done that day 4-15th and processed on the 20th. Cus***er called back twice to see if we could get the car she was interested in and we were able to get it from another dealer.

      the business called me and stated that I needed to come in same day and sign paperwork. I have also still not received the second key for my vehicle. the dealership will not let me continue past the front desk to question this. The last time I entered I was instructed to remain by the front door while a salesman handled my questions.

      Key fob has been on back order. I have located one in Dallas and overnighting it.  We have emailed the cus***er
