they should not have "trusted" in their title. i bought a vehicle 4 months ago and 2 days later the battery went bad i called them they made me feel stupid and talked down to me saying its my fault and that if i wanted to come there i could. i said you owe me a new battery for selling me a car 2 days ago and having an issue already and then mentioned if i have to drive all the way there 2 hours away they should put gas in it since its not my fault and then they were hateful and didn't want to give me a receipt i said i would like it to show when i got battery they marked price 0.00 after telling me it was almost 400.00 and said they covered it so i didn't need to see price, and i was treated with poor customer service. and now here we are again only 4 months ago and my alternator goes out and car dies and i called and they tried to say i bought as is and i said no i did not and they would not even let me take it til it was serviced and checked and they assured me everything was perfect and i said i feel i was sold a lemon and she said take it up with corporate and i can not find an email or number for main headquarters again treated poorly and like i was stupid and it was my fault. i should not have this many errors for a 2020 vehicle and not even traveled far at all for 4 months. can you help get the word out.

Had my Carnivals first oil change today! Everything went great.

Brought my KIA into the dealership for an oil change, replace air and engine filters. Upon receiving the vehicle back several changes to owners preferred settings were made, and the dealership never informed of us of these changes ..for example, parking warning system was disabled, auto headlight setting was shut off, speedometer setting changed. Why were these changes made as they have nothing to do with an engine oil change.
