On February 19th I placed an order for a Bissell Carpet Cleaner for $139.99 & paid for it with my debit card. Also, that afternoon I received an email stating they'd received my order, Order # *****, and that it was being processed. Also that the estimated time for delivery would be 7-15 days. I am not in any hurry to get it, I don't care if it took a month, my problem is that I have not gotten any responses from my emails & phone messages, nothing. They say on their homepage: everything we do revolves around guaranteeing that you have a positive experience & are a satisfied customer when shopping with them. Well I not only haven't had a positive experience, I am surely not satisfied in anyway during this experience. I don't want anything for the trouble this has caused, I just want the product I paid for or my money back. I think that's reasonable. I also would like to have it out there that this business is not worth dealing or at least to beware, they don't answer your emails, they don't return your calls, they only take your money & then you don't hear from them again. Just trying to save someone else the terrible experience I've had & hope no one else goes through the same frustrating, unnecessary experience. All they had to do was to return my call, email me, anything to let me know someone still works there, and what is happening with my order. Ignoring a problem NEVER solves it, it only makes it worse. Date: February 15, 2022 Amount of Money: $239.98 Items: Convert-A-Bench Folding Picnic Table Bench, White - White Dispute: I am trying to cancel the transaction. But, I am not able to reach anyone at the hotline and no one is responding to my e-mails to the support e-mail address. According to their website, "You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so." I am trying to cancel before the order is processed and shipped. But, it seems they have no intention of resolving anything since there is no true way to contact them since they do not respond to phone calls or e-mail messages. Transaction Info: Order #XXXXX
