I put a down payment to buy a vehicle with this company, and the company keeps sending me on a wild goose chase to be able to get the vehicle. I have asked and begged for a refund of my down payment since I had not signed a contract, and they refuse to give me my money back. They said there is "no refunds" but I have not signed a contract therefore he is stealing my money. This has been going on for three days now and the last time I was in asking for my money the owner threatened to call the cops on me and asked me to leave.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I completely misunderstood the process and was quick to jump the gun & blame the owner of the business, but it was not his fault at all. I just misunderstood him and his process, but I ended up getting into my vehicle a few days later and he was very professional about everything. I had an issue with the car come up a couple of weeks ago to where it wasn't drivable, I called him and told him what the problem was and he had a tow truck there in less than ten minutes and I got the car back after being repaired the next day. I apologize for being so quick to escalate things, but this is honestly the most reliable company I have ever bought a vehicle from.
