I needed a fence replaced at my home. Robert ****** came out and did an estimate for me. He wanted a rather large down payment, which was a red flag for me, but I went along and signed a contract for the work. All I got after that were excuses. Never saw him again.

I paid down the deposit to have small fence installed. Around 7-5 2023 But instead he took my deposit and never started the job.. I tried to call an tex him always He keep saying I'm out of town.or made up others excuse to the point i just ask for my deposit to be returned. He said he would be he didn't block me on Facebook wouldn't answer no more tex then I ask for therefund on Cash App .an he denied it please stay away from this company

Around June 1 of 2023 we hired this company, Faulkner County Fence to build fences and gates.. He started started up the job and then a few days later stopped and he (Robert ****** the owner ) said he had multiple jobs going and his cash flow was bad and asked for the first of several “downs payments.” We are reputable people and try to think others are as well and so we gave (paid) him money so that according to him he could “buy more supplies and make his payroll.” However after that he stopped working AGAIN. When asked the NEXT TIME why they stopped working he told us that his supplier’s truck broke down when bringing the fencing material. Our hunch is that none of this is true based on what happened next. . Fast forward to last Friday June 28th and although he DID work for a few hours before he left again, but never finishing even getting close to finishing the job per his written agreement he sent us and we have, he started ghosting us again after more excuses and more requests for money. Bottom line- If you are around Conway , Greenbrier, Faulkner County Arkansas we advise to STAY AWAY FROM FAULKNER COUNTY FENCE. In these days after the storms we have had it is best to CLOSELY check references (we did check a few references he gave us , but obviously not closely enough. ) We are out a LOT of money and still not much to show and no answers from this business owner. Yes, we have everything including the quote in writing and would be glad to show pictures of what little work was done.

This company does not stand by its contract. He says the fence has a lifetime warranty but it does not even have a 10 month warranty. Owner does not return calls, nor respond to texts. I paid for a secure enclosure for my dogs, and I did not get one. And I cannot get ahold of the owner to fix the post by the gate that he installed improperly to begin with that he agreed needed to be changed out. When the fence was supposed to be installed, he called for about a week and said he was having transmission problems with his truck. It seemed he was always having an excuse to not start the job. This went on for almost 2 weeks. Then he didn’t have the right materials for the job. It seems it was just excuse after excuse with this kid. Hire a well known fencing company that will stand behind their work.
