**WARNING--DO NOT PURCHASE FORM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW KIND THEY MAY SOUND** THEY STEAL PEOPLES' MONEY!!! (This is being written on 9 August 2024) In December 2021, I purchased two LP racks on two separate invoices. I kept the 3-tiered LP rack and had to return the 2-tiered LP rack as there were scratches, steel was peeling and rust on the side panels was bad and noticeable. I immediately notified Boltz in December 2021 and they (meaning a lady who goes by Heather) told me to "send the items back and we will issue a credit/refund to your credit card upon receipt of all the items.." I sent everything back in June 2024. The reason I did not send the items back immediately was due to the COVID pandemic as I heard that shipping issues were running rampant. I heard horror stories that some items would not arrive or were lost en route to the destination. Heather even wrote and said, "mail it back when you are able to." So, I waited and waited. Everything was perfectly packed with Bubble wrap in May 2024. I mailed everything back and received notification via e-mail from Heather that she/they received the items and that they "honor" all returns as their website states. They can't rescind it because I took a snapshot of that immediately.. I "took the hit" with FedEx for $163.10 and shipped the items back. I did so because I told her what am I going to do with a defective product and secondly, I took Heather's word for it. The 2-tiered LP cost $752.27. With the shipping, I am out $916.37 Since May, I have contacted Boltz a minimum of seven to eight times telephonically. I spoke to Heather on one occasion, and she assured me that I will be refunded to my card. I told her I may take a a different item (book shelves) in lieu of the credit. She said, "ok" but "be forewarned those items have been on backorder for a long time." Ever since that conversation I haven't been able to reach them telephonically despite leaving multiple messages and getting the runaround via e-mail.
