    I made an agreement with ***** **** at Wall 2 Wall Restoration to bring dehumidifiers by my house after a freak flooding event from a drainage ditch in my back yard. He was to drop them off on Saturday morning and pick them up Monday. The agreed cost is $315. I met his employee at the house Saturday morning and confirmed this with his employee as I knew I was leaving town that week for CA and my husband would be bringing our own dehumidifiers from Broken Arrow to Ft Smith and we would not need the ones from Walk 2 Wall any more. He didn’t pick them up, gave me a ridiculous quote for tearing out my flooded floors and left the dehumidifiers at my house for much longer than that next Monday. It’s a rent house so I did not go back to Ft Smith until the work was almost finished. I have text messages to my husband and son to call ***** to pick them up. My father witnessed the initial phone call and my renter witnessed the conversation with the employee at the house. He’s now asking for $4846.34 and charging 9% interest for leaving his equipment at my house. Did I agree to any charge for leaving equipment at my house or read any paperwork that said interest would be charged? No. I did not. The employee seemed embarrassed with my questions and my effort to tie him down to an answer and said, “ whatever you agreed to with *****”. So I told him exactly what i agreed to with ***** and said they need to be picked up Monday. This makes me think he cons customers regularly. This last part is not factual but my impression and has prompted me to file reviews and check around to see if anyone else has been conned by ***** ****.
