I can not believe that I am the first to rate this company.. through all the others that have told me NOT to go with Merrit Wholesale.. I decided to try them. And boy were they right. Talk about lack of communication and the unwillingness to help there customers, they rate very high on that bar! The prices kept rising and with no knowledge of it for the most part. Seems like every other week their prices for my small business just kept getting hiked up. Competition to right and competition to the left.. made it very hard on my small business. And they never told me they were out of stock on something until the order came. I was building clientele until the customers got mad enough not to come back cause I was always having to tell them they didn't have their product in stock. Never really called on me.. but a person who does sell cigarettes in his store told me that Merrit just wouldn't leave them alone cause they wanted his business. He found his cigs and tobacco products cheaper else where.. ***** the "Manager" showed very little concern for making sure we were on the right track and going to succeed. He made promises he couldn't keep and didn't deliver on what he said he would do. I keep my text for referencing.. I guess he didn't realize that. I do NOT recommend Merrit Wholesale to anyone wanting to get it or he cigarette business.
