Me and my wife stopped in this restaurant last Saturday night to have a nice meal, upon entering we came to checkout and was greeted by a waitress who informed us that it would be 30 minutes before they would have a table ready because they were so busy. We sit down and begin to wait and talked and took pictures for a couple and took some for ourselves while we waited. We decide to just order our meal and take it back to our hotel where we were staying. As we begin to wait , time passes it comes to 30 minutes then 40 , 45 we pay for our meal $147.38 then we are still waiting a hour later . Frustrated by this time but remain calm , I asked the server about our order ? She then responded she was sorry but your got mixed in with a Uber driver and was taken , but they are fixing a fresh order for us and it should be coming up shortly. I then responded that we have been here over a hour and that we could have been seated by now and she said that she would talk to manager about time compensation. 15 minutes later the manager comes out with our food and sits it on the bar and says here is your food . Do you need any steak sauce? I replied no . I responded by saying the waitress said she would talk to the manager about some type of time compensation for sitting over a hour . The manager who came out with ugly look on her face replied ‘ oh no I don’t do any discounts ! All our food is freshly prepared and cooked and the food does not sit under any heat lamp or warmer. Frustrated and ready to go and not wanting to be confrontational because of being tired I said ok and got up . She then asked me did I want any dessert and I said no and then she walked away and me and wife got our food and left the restaurant. We got back to our hotel and begin to eat our food. The food was very delicious but the attitude for her representing the restaurant was terribly awful but even more her attitude as manager was very ******!. We were not asking for a free meal but we could have sit
