      I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado in November of 2021 and upon receipt I had the dealership order another one identical to it in December for my foreman. I have been in communication with the salesperson checking on the status and on 5/11/22 he advised the pickup truck was ready. I took off of work and drove 2 hours to pickup the vehicle and upon arriving to sign papers they had changed the price and added $3,000 to the purchase price. After asking them they advised they started charging a market adjustment the week after I ordered the vehicle. Had this been prior to me ordering I wouldn't of mind paying but since it started AFTER then that is price gouging and unfair business practice. I had a check ready and this deal was not dependent upon financing. This was a cash deal that should have been honored.

      When I picked up the first vehicle it did not have the installed add on accessories (step rails). They advised they always come 1-2 weeks afterwards. After leaving the dealership within 5 minutes they had posted the vehicle that I walked out on because of the insulting price markup and had it listed for even more and had step rails installed on it already. The managers and staff were very rude and insulting. The general manager James Miller is making the Gwatney name look bad.

      I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership prior (I have the vin numbers to verify) without any problems but I guess the sales manager that day was too worried about lining his pocket instead of honoring what was said. Being a loyal customer I would expect to be treated with respect and not insulted the way that I was. We had intentions on replacing 5-6 vehicles within the next year. I even told them knowing what you told me now I dont mind paying the difference going forward but you should honor what you told me previously since no one disclosed that to me and withheld that information from me.

      They sold me a vehicle that wasn't ready to be sold. The vehicle, in this time of COVID was absolutely filthy (I have photos and videos). When I was shown the vehicle it was close to closing time and the deal went swiftly with the Dealership writing on the 'What We Owe You' form that they would remove the dents on the passenger side behind the Driver, remove the scratches to the paint, remove the paint from other vehicles that had come in contact with the vehicle, etc.
      I took the vehicle to them twice, left it once for a week, and until this day at the time of this writing they have not fulfilled their end of this purchase. Instead now when I ask them about the dents or the white paint on the front right Fender I am told I didn't purchase a new car, as if I am not aware of this fact.
      Today, I telephoned them three times regarding the Title. The temporary license has expired and promises to overnight a new Temp has not happened. I telephoned on Saturday and spoke to Caleb ****** who gave me his telephone number saying when the Police stopped me I was to phone him and he would explain. Well, this morning I was stopped. When Policeman used my phone to ring the number the first time someone picked it up and hung up. When we tried again the call went straight to Voicemail.
      I would like the Title so I can pay this vehicle off, sell it and release myself from this association with this company. If I could just take this vehicle back I would. The Gwathey Team are liars, and proving to be cheats in the making and I hope, no pray, they do not serve others as they have me. I am totally disappointed, disgusted, disgruntled, and saddened by their sales methods. I NEED THAT TITLE!!!!

      We always strive to do everything we can to ensure our customers have a great experience with their purchase and I am sorry to hear that you don't feel like you had that experience. As I looked into your deal it appears the paperwork along with the title were mailed to you on February 22nd. It was mailed to PO Box 11945 El Dorado, Ar. 71730 on that date. We have not received anything back from the post office showing it couldn't be delivered but if you have not received it we can try to process a new title with the state. I will follow up with a phone call to ensure we get that resolved.

      To this day no paperwork has reached me regarding this vehicle. I am currently making monthly payments but unable to drive the vehicle because the Temporary License expiyon 11 March. One time someone phoned and left a message since my complaint but when I phone the number left my call goes straight to voicemail. No one has called again, and no paperwork has been overnighted as they said on the 9th of this month. If I could take this vehicle back like everything else can be returned when a customer is unsatisfied, I would.
      In Europe, where I come from this is unheard of and definitely unprofessional--but I guess it is the American way: buy the vehicle, pay for the vehicle, but unable to use it because the Dealership fails to follow up on their end--complain--but who cares?

      We did mail another temporary tag to the address we have on file until we can figure out why the original paperwork was not received but maybe there is an issue with the address, we have been sending everything to. I left the address that we sent it to in the earlier comment, so I assume that is the correct address since there wasn't anything mentioned about it being wrong. I did leave a voicemail but haven't had any messages left for me since that time. At this point I may need to get another address that is good to send another temporary tag since this address is obviously not a good one and begin work on getting a new title issued. I will attempt to call again today.

      Following on the heels of a phone call from one of the Arkansas State Revenue Agents, first name Jessica, the Dealership finally mailed the necessary paperwork. It was delivered on Friday and the vehicle was registered on Friday, 03/25/2022.
