  I moved in May 23, 2022. My AC has not worked properly since I moved in and I have reported several times by phone, online work orders one time even stating smoke and burning smell in apartment. I work 10 and 12 hours days and unable to be home during day through the week. I turn the Ac of by the breaker box due to running all the time. today July 6, 2022 I was at work and I received a call from an AC tech that he was at my apartment to look at the AC I stated I was at work and he said he would have to reschedule, I advised I would be home in 10 min he waited, bc I have been trying to get this issue resolved. when I got home he advised that the AC blower fan was broken. I was told this was already replaced verbal conversation by ***** property manager over the phone. and then he stated that he got the fan to turn on therefore stated there is no issue and I questioned how there is no issue when I was woke up at 4:30am to dump the pan catching water bc it was leaking onto the floor. He stated there is nothing he can do, so I went back to work I am home now it is 6:52pm and I have flipped the braker and its is running and blowing and is leaking on my floor and occasionally into a pan I have down to catch drip. AC does not seem to be corrected to me. I just want to be comfortable in my home. and to have working equipment and also no holes in walls to let bugs and rodents in as I have a huge hole under my bathroom sink. this property is managed by lindsey management co.

  I also have videos of water coming down it states to large to send. I have tried to make smaller and still wont send. also someone tried to call me today to let me know status however bad connection and I was advised to call back and then they were not available, I called again 10 to 15 min later and office closed and no has called me back. I returned home this evening turned on AC and now it is blowing hot air and temp is increasing up as in pics attached and not cooling down. I called and spoke to maintenance manager and he said he would tell ***** to call me that was at 6:02pm and it is now 6:45pm. I am feeling very ill this evening due to the heat.
