            Absolutely horrible place. They refused to give us back our deposit, even tho we lived there for almost 3 years and we always paid our rent on time. When they did the final walkthrough, they promised us to pay us back the deposit and they promised not to charge us a prorated short term fee. I have the promise of them not charging the short term fee in writing, yet they still did it. They refused to return our $400+ worth of deposit. Whatever you do, do not go to live there. This is an absolutely horrible place to live. Not to mention our AC broke and we had to pay $200+ a month electricity bill because they would tell us it was fixed when it was not and the AC would have to work extra hard, thus consuming more electricity = more money. On top of that, we had leaks in our closet for many months and when I asked Maintenace what caused it, they said "You wouldn't understand", i.e. trying to tell me I was stupid. DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT FROM WILLOW CREEK!!!!
