      Central Chevrolet has not provided the proper paperwork to the Arkansas department of motor vehicle necessary in order for me to register the vehicle I purchased from them on 07/11/22 (a 2019dodge grand caravan). I received a notice letter from the Arkansas office of motor vehicle on 09/12/22 stating the application for title on the vehicle cannot be processed due to needing a Secure Dealer’s Reassignment/ TIMA form completed with correct VIN and returned to the department of motor vehicle. I was instructed from the department of motor vehicle that this is information that must be provided by the car dealership in which I purchased the vehicle from and I would be unable to register my vehicle and obtain tags without this being done. I immediately contacted Central Chevrolet and was informed that paperwork was being backed up/held up due to Covid and that the matter would be resolved by March in time for me to register the vehicle. When I attempted to renew the vehicle registration I learned that the vehicle is still not able to be registered due to the department of motor vehicle needing the TIMA form as stated above. I contacted Central Chevrolet again on May 8th of 2023 and was told the issue would be resolved, but they were unable to provide me with a timeframe this could be done in. I initially was informed that if I receive a ticket that Central Chevrolet would pay for it, but I do not agree that suggesting that I drive illegally is an adequate solution to this issue. After speaking with the department of motor vehicle I was informed that I am allowed a one time lift without the documentation from central Chevrolet that would allow me to renew my tags and drive for one other year. After the year, however, if they still have not received the information from Central then I cannot register the vehicle. I need this paperwork sent to the office of motor vehicle so that the vehicle may be registered and driven legally in the state of Arkansas.

      Central Nissan ran my credit without my authorization. I had not done an application for vehicle purchase. Brian the Finance/General Manager informed me that my social security number was ran under the name of another person. He stated that they do not use Equifax, but I have a hard inquiry on my credit file which dropped my credit score 25 points. I was told to call Equifax which I did. I was informed my Equifax that the dealership only needed to send an electronic message requesting the removal of their mistake. Brian as well as other employees stated they did not know how to perform the task requested by Equifax and the burden of correcting the mistake caused by them not entering the correct information was placed on me to correct.

      Jennifer Contacted me with an issue about her credit being run without her permission. When she says it was ran under the name of another person, she is referring to her daughter whom she had previously cosigned for. Her daughter stated her mom was trying to take her vehicle away and was upset over the situation. She asked us to try and get her financing on a different vehicle that her mother was not cosigned on so Jennifer could not hold this over her. That day she filled out a credit app and was unable to purchase and left. A little over a month later, Jennifer contacted me saying her credit bureau had been ran at our dealership and asked why. I looked into the issue and found no where that we had ran her credit by searching for her name since her previous purchase. We use a service called 700Credit to run credit for customers so I contacted them and they let me know that her social had been used on the day her daughter entered our dealership. Whether her daughter used her social or our systems had an issue, I am not sure. Since the issue did occur, I offered to have the inquiry removed from Jennifer's credit. Since we use 700Credit, they informed me they can not remove it legally without a dispute form signed by Jennifer. I contacted Jennifer and emailed the form to her but she has since refused to sign the form. She contacted 700Credit herself and she was told the exact some thing by them. That if she would sign the dispute form, the inquiry could legally be removed. She has refused to sign the form that would allow us to remove the inquiry at every opportunity she has. I have been emailed from 700Credit showing their conversation and how they, along with us here at Central Nissan, have done everything in our ability to legally resolve her issue. She keeps saying to us that she doesn't want anything to come back on her daughter for whatever reason. I have explained multiple times if she would sign the dispute form the entire issue would be resolved. I am still very willing to devote my time and attention to this situation, but the dispute form must be signed before we can proceed with removing the inquiry from her bureau whether it be because her daughter used her information that day or there was a system error.
