We took our vehicle to this place for air conditioning service. They did nothing but charge us for a lot of parts that did not fix the problem kept our car for more than two months and we ended up spending over two thousand dollars only for them to not fix the problem and not tell us when we picked the car up that it was not fixed. Even though the problem was not fixed they refused to give any of the money back only wanted to charge us for another part they thought would fix the problem. We were ripped off and something needs to be done to reconcile the services we received. The service was awful and some the people we came in contact with were rude.Review from Mary G

If I could give then no star I would. I took my jeep for replacement the computer. After picking it up the back up camera didn't work anymore. They deny it and they told me it didn't work before too. Which is absolutely lie. I am so disappointed of them. I was thier costumers for 7 years. I have to take my jeep somewhere else to replace the camera. I am just so upset with them.Review from Arthur K

We purchased it in 2021 from Fletcher Dodge in Jonesboro. They got it from a different dealer when we picked it up. We knew they didn’t check it over good when we picked it up because the rear seatbelts had been chewed in half. Come to find out the transmission was completely full of water. Well it went out and Michael had it towed in for warranty. They refused the warranty even thought the service manager said it was most likely sold to him like that because they never checked it out. Michael tried talking to the general manager about it. He told him that he would check into it and call him back. Needless to say he was never a man of his word because Michael never got any calls from him. Anyway the Jeep’s fixed now and I have to pay the $4600.00.Review from Carl W

On 12/21/23 I called service about replacing a headlight switch per Mopar X45 extended warranty. After checking my VIN I was advised to bring my vehicle in on Saturday 12/30/2023 @ 9 am. I asked: "So, You will replace my headlight switch, while I wait, at no cost to me?" "Yes," was the reply. Upon arrival, I was asked what they can do for me. "I was told you would replace my headlight switch while I wait." The service advisor asked: "Do we have the part in stock?" After several minutes of checking, I was informed they would have to order the part. "I'm not coming back," I replied. I just drove 45 miles to get here to have this part replaced. I made a 90 mile round trip. Wasted 2 hours of my time and used over $10 in gas to find out I was lied to.Review from Mason S

Took my truck in 2 months ago to be looked at for transmission problems they had it for a week and it’s was 1500$. About 3 days later it started acting up again and when we took it up there the ladies at the counter said they just fixed the cheapest thing they could find. So they had it for 2 months I never got a single phone call. Everytime I called they said one more week we’re still waiting on parts. The last time I called they said the part was on back order for 11 months so I went up there to pay and get my truck to take it to another place. They charged me 6800$ and the truck was worse when I picked it up than it was when I brought it in. I took it to a local shop they did everything that dodge did for less than half the price. The transmission shop said they put a cheap torque converter from o’reillys in and also put in old transmission fluid in they had oil dry in it.Review from Tamara R

My vehicle was towed here as the closest certified repair shop. Was told it needed a new serpentine belt and tightened. I have an extended warranty asked to see if it was covered. I didn’t expect a belt to be covered was told it wasn’t. Then I was told it would cost $700.00 to replace a $50.00 belt and the battery was bad bringing total to $950.00. Went up there upset and was told the repairs were completed without authorization. However the belt wasn’t replaced the tensioner pulley was replaced and the original belt put back on. I said this isn’t what I was told and called a liar. I asked if this is what the warranty adjuster was told because I couldn’t believe they didn’t replace the pulleys I was told yes. I called the warranty adjuster myself he said he was told a serpentine belt and tightened the same “lie” I told the pulleys were covered and I had to file myself. I told them to take the battery off. I was told it tested bad and a cell was dead. I said take it off put my old battery on and jump it. The battery started fine and was good the next morning. Worst service dealer I have ever used.Review from Dianna F

I purchased my 2017 Chrysler 200 a little over two years ago, and ever since it has caused me problems. Fletcher has replaced my engine and serviced my transmission (under my car warranty). However, every time my car has been serviced there they never have a loaner car to give me. They do not try to resolve the solution whatsoever. They are extremely unprofessional. With all that being said my car is currently at Fletcher in Jonesboro Arkansas because something is yet again wrong with my car. I had a appointment to drop my car off at 11 and I was under the impression the diagnostic test would be done in one hour or one hour and a half (a woman had told me that one the phone the pervious day). I called Fletcher for a update and they told me they would be done with the diagnostic test when they get to it. And then he told me hopefully by the end of the day if not tomorrow morning. Let me remind you this is just to diagnose the problem. So I told him that I would need a loaner car because I work at 7 in the morning tomorrow. He told me he couldn't give me one and that I could pay for a rental car if I needed it. Every single time my car has been serviced there it has been a complete hassle to get another car to drive. They are extremely unhelpful. Their customer service is awful.Review from Heaven B

My husband ordered a car from the factory through Fletcher in Jonesboro. He did all of the paperwork AND paid a downpayment on the day of the order. Was given regular updates as the car moved through its process. The literal DAY the car arrived, he was told that all of his paperwork was lost and he would have to resubmit EVERYTHING. He then tried to, but because his credit was already dinged with the hard inquiries from initially, and a new medical bill, he was told he no longer qualifies to get the car without an ADDITIONAL downpayment of $8,000. How do you even lose all of this paperwork? How can you demand an additional downpayment when one agreed upon was already paid? VERY unprofessional.
