Initially there was an issue with ******* and my payment wasnt being drafted they came and got my car and i called the office to pay the balance owed to get my account back in good standing and was told i would have to pay the full remaining balance of the car of $6000 in 10 days or my car would be auctioned. Car was auctioned then i was contacted to pay off remaining balance. I lost my job and house bc i was unable to get to work. Started working again and told my wages would be garnished bc of nonpayment. No day in court , no papers no offer or arrangement or anything. Very shady behaviorBusiness response

I purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger on October 26th upon purchasing the car I traded in the only car that I had. The salesman told me that the car needed spark plugs and assured me that that was the only problem. I took the car in to the mechanic shop where they set me up an appointment for the car to be worked on after getting new spark plugs the same problem occurred and the check engine light never went on. They sent me around to multiple shops o had to get a recall done on the car until I was eventually told that lifters where knocking cylinders were misfiring and that id need a new motor which would leave me without a car. I've been without a car for two weeks and I'm not at fault of the problem the car lot people are very rude as if I created the problem. Every time I call I get the run around with let alone a attitude about me being curious if when the car will be ready. I have lost a job my daughter is on the edge of being kicked out of school for missing days and all they want to talk about is me paying them a carnote for a car that I'm not driving when I'm not even able to get to work do to them selling me a car with several problemsBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/01/27) */ Client purchased the vehicle 10/26/21 as/is no dealer warranty, the vehicle was inspected by a local shop 10/15/21, between then and purchase the check engine light came on, We took it to be diagnosed and the ASE Cert shop stated it needed new Plugs and coil packs which we agreed to take care of, they completed the repair and vehicle was running and client drove it through November aprox 3500 miles, the vehicle then needed to be looked at again so I had it taken to a shop to see what it needed and was advised that now the headgasket was the problem so I authorized a motor to be ordered. We had the vehicle picked up and sent for the repair, even through the holidays the vehicle was returned to the client on 1/7/22, As a company we do not repair vehicle and especially a motor job is not a quick repair, They got it completed as quickly as they could and the client was informed and signed documents stating that sometimes vehicles breakdown and that we do not provide "loaner" vehicles and they would need to make arraignment's while repaired. We never want any vehicle to mess up but unfortunately at times they do and I try to help in anyway I can
