      Purchased a part 9/17/22. Adjustable track sway bar We have never received the part. I have called and called no one ever answers. Have sent email after email. Started asking for a refund since the end of Oct 2022 by voicemail, have an email dated 11/2/22 asking for refund. Only have had three replies back stating the part supply issues. Will never respond to giving a refund. The website said 10-15 days of delivery. They said in an email that they don’t guarantee that. Last email said part would ship in May. Then in April the website changed its site and now it states you can’t even buy the same part. We still do not have the part or our money back.

      Purchased product 9/23/2020. 2/16/23 product failed and completely lost steering. Was able to get to the side of the road, avoiding possible life threatening danger, and was able to find a welder to make temporary weld to get back. Dodge off-road offered to repair under warranty and sent shipping label. Bar was shipped in the box of replacement part I got. Item broke from package during shipping. Find out Dodge off road didn’t ship with insurance and blaming me for lost bar. Now after nearly 4 months of leading off and using work truck with temporary bar they decide to say they assume no liability not credit toward bar. Company is absolute pinnacle of disgraceful business ethics. Their Customer service and product are equally horrible.

      My husband made a purchase from DOR 03/21/2021 in the amount of $1193.26, order#****** November 2021 be started getting the "supply issues" excuse and the stated the were only shipping out once a month but they were still waiting on supplies. March 2022 they stated they would try to get it out the following month. June 2022 they quit responding to emails and neither of us could get anyone on the phone. I went to the bank to file a dispute but since it was more than 90 days from purchase, there was nothing the bank could do. Now, more than 2 years later, we still have no product or refund. My husband has since purchased the parts needed, from a different company, and fixed his truck.

      Good afternoon. My son is in the military and stationed in Destin currently. His truck front end broke a part so he got online and ordered what he thought was a good product. This company refuses to answer or return calls. They took over a thousand dollars from my sons account and refuse to send the parts and won't refund the money. I have reached out to them as well with zero success. Can someone please get in touch with them. I noticed on your website you are currently already pursuing some court issues with them. I wish i could have seen that first. How or what else can I do to remedy this. You have all my contact information and my sons name is ******.       I ordered some parts back in December 2021 and have never received my order, emailed multiple times and tryed calling and was given the runaround for over a year now on one of the orders. On a separate purchase also in December 2021 it took 9 months to get part of a purchase, and a year to get the rest of the purchase and the parts came in wrong emailed multiple times and still no answer or any of my orders or refunds.

      I placed an order through dodge off road on March 6 2022. My order number is *********. I purchased DOR bent none adjustable control arms and sway bar endlinks. The control arms were $599.00 and the sway bar endlinks were $275.00. My total purchase price came out to $1,041.97. I received my control arms in May 2022. I emailed them once a month asking about the parts.I have not received my sway bar end links. Dodge off road has been unable to provide a delivery date for the sway bar endlinks, they kept telling me they were waiting for material or the machining process to complete the parts. I tried to cancel the remaining part of my order in November and they didn’t respond until after my bank contacted them. Dodge off road said I’d get refund through the bank and not the company. My Bank would not authorize a refund due to Dodge off road not providing a delivery date. Since there was no provided delivery date the bank told me that they can’t provide a refund and I should try to get the parts or refund from Dodge off road. Dodge off road has not responded to emails or phone calls in regards to the remainder of the order. I’m not sure how to get my parts or my money back. I’d be happy with either one. I just don’t want to be ripped off.

      in July 2022 I placed an order with Dodge off road (DOR) order #14795 for over $300 as of this point I have not received the product. I called the customer service line a lot with never an answer, so I emailed them and a man named ****** replied saying they were having trouble getting material. about once a month I would email ****** who had the same excuse. at this point 6 months after order, me emails or voicemails are not responded to. Im out over $300 (I can get the exact amount if needed) and no response from the company.

      I spent 1,500 dollars ar their online store ordering parts for my truck. The parts never came and when I reached out I couldn't get ahold of anybody. I was contacted by the owner just as the timframe to report a dispute with my bank expired. He asked I'd I had tried to do a reversal or not and at that time he promised that he would approve it knowing that the window to do so had closed. Now I can't get ahold of anybody and it's too late to reverse the payment.

      On July 7, 2021 I placed an order with Dodge Off Road (hereafter D.O.R.) of West Lakeview, AR.my subtotal was $2499 with another $406.70 in shipping, plus taxes, for total order of $3105.62 On Aug 20, 2021 I received a partial shipment of my order, valued at $599 on the website. I sent emails to D.O.R. on 9/14/21, 9/23/21 and 10/18/21 before receiving a response, stating my short arms would be out within the week. They were never shipped, nor the springs which were also promised within the week. On 11/6/21 I sent another email asking for an order update or refund. The customer service said they were having supply chain issues and asked for patience. On 12/29/21 I sent an email asking for an update or refund, customer service promised me "some of the suspension". It was never shipped. On 1/24/22 I sent an email and have attempted numerous phone calls, but I cannot get any response. It has now been close to a year since my initial order.
