On 7-12-23 I dropped my truck at United engine in Little Rock, AR for them to repair a oil leak. On 7-21-23 I was notified my truck was ready to be picked up and my total bill was 14,933.04 which I paid. On the 7-22-23 I noticed the oil leak was not fixed so I returned to United engine on 7-26-23 because the 22nd was on a Saturday and they were closed. At that time 7-26-23 they claimed I needed a oil cooler module for additional 2,500 dollars which I paid. I was notified on 7-27-23 that my truck was fixed and I can pick it up so I did. On 7-28-23 I noticed that the oil leak was not fixed I had oil all over my engine just like it was on 7-12-23 when I first dropped it off. So basically they are not willing to except the fact that they misdiagnosed the problem and charged me around 17,500 and they did not fix my oil leak. I would like a full refund.Business response

This customers equipment came in with the complaint of oil leaks. We steam cleaned and ran this unit inspecting to find several oil leaks and were asked to repair the most severe at this time. We repaired oil leaks at the cylinder head gasket and oil pan gasket., The customer paid and we released the unit for customer pick up. The customer returned with the complaint of oil leak. we steam cleaned this unit and ran to find that the oil cooler module is leaking. The customer supplied the parts and we performed the work with no labor charge. The customer picked up the truck but returned a few days later with the complaint of oil leak. we pressure washed the engine and ran to find that the head gasket was leaking again as well as the front cover leaking. we performed the work replacing the head gasket under warranty. we have discussed the front cover leaking with this customer and came to an agreement that we would repair this oil leak at no charge and process a credit for a portion of the original repair labor. We have performed this repair and processed the credit. The customer has picked up his truck.
