              I have been saving my points and have had a statement in September 2021, saying my points ending balance was 15,084. And redeemed 2,000. But I have never used any points before. When I went into my account I had only a little over 7,000 points. Thinking it was a glitch I ordered a rewards that ended my balance to 3,076. I've tried calling and no success after being on hold for a representative multiple times for over 12 minutes at time. I earn these points from Aloha Pacific Credit Union. According to ScoreCard the points do not expire but for some reason I lost almost 8,000 points that could be worth over $100 in gift cards. I would like to know how my account was compromised but I cannot get a hold of customer service. I tried it to see if I would even get what was ordered but if this is not a true business then my bank should not be using this program as it is false promises to rewards.
