My husband drop off my clothes to the cleaners on Saturday 03/09/2024 He was told they be ready on Monday after 2pm. On monday I pi**ed up my items on way to run some errands. Once I got home and started putting up my items I notice 3 pair of slacks was missing. Had my husband to go by right away! The person on duty was very little help gave him the supervisors number which he called the next day. All the Supervisor did was try to make it as if it never happened. Not wanting to admit that they dropped the ball. They either gave my items away or there’s lost somewhere in the building, I have never experienced this before from any cleaners . And the way the supervisor went about It really just upset it me more stating that you have a pair of ** slacks in your pickup . And you have some blue sla**s in here as well! I have several pairs of ** slacks and the only blue item that I had in the drop off were a sweater. There was nothing else in there blue definitely not blue slacks, however she was so ready to dismiss it and be done with oit.I haven’t heard anything back from anybody at the company about my items. This is poor customer service, and unacceptable. This isn’t how you treat paying customers no matter what color they are!
