      We called on 06/06/24 for services to be installed. By 06/13/24 two different engineers came to the property and said they would have to install a pole for services to be provided. They said someone would be there 06/17/24 to install the pole and hook up the electricity. It is now 06/24/24 we still do not have the pole of electricity and no one will return our calls. It is summer and the weather is steadily getting hotter. I have called several times a day and tried reaching out through Facebook as well. No one at the local office will return calls to let us know anything.

      Our neighborhood has lost power three separate times, three days in a row. At what point does the company realize there must be a faulty or weak point for the exact same houses to lose power every time?! This is beyond ridiculous.

      I am very disappointed in the Customer Service and billing department. I received my monthly bill stating my May bill(due 5/15/2024) was $61.09 and my June bill(due 6/17/2024) was $70.91. When I went online to pay my May bill, it would not allow me to pay "just" the May amount it required that I pay a total of $132.00. This included the June amount which is not due until June. I called Customer Service and no one could explain to me why this was occurring, but if I wanted to I could pay just May on Speed Pay for an extra $2.50, or go to a local store that accepts bill pay; also for an additional fee. Just as everyone else is on a budget, I cannot understand doing this when every dollar counts & I am on time. I am infuriated that this is the only option unless I pay for both months. I felt someone should know the poor business service people can receive when dealing with Entergy. Sincerely, Brigette O.

      Over a year ago I made a claim with Entergy company and called every month to check status. Nothing. In November of 2023 we were experiencing power surges. After this went on for about 2 weeks. We contacted our home warranty company and they suggested we give our power company, Entergy, a call about what we are experiencing. A technician came out and explained to us. Yes they knew there were power surges happening and that they are trying to determine where they're coming from. I told him we had put surge protectors on everything we could but it was popping. Gfis Aunt, we couldn't put one on our major appliances. The first appliance to go south was our stove in the kitchen. Half of the top heats erratically the other half is still working. I explained that to them on the 3rd or 4th call that I'm going to contact my homeowners insurance to ensure that this is not a fire hazard. They sent us a ting monitor to watch the fluctuations and to have that info sent to them for any future claims. I expressed my disappointment and energies in action and told them what I had done. Miraculously within 2 weeks. We were no longer getting power surges. But my stove was still broken. I would call and they would tell me they are still working on it. Every time I called they would tell me that. I have recorded all the dates in my calendar and can quote them if needed. My last call in February. I was so frustrated that I stopped calling all together. I told a coworker what had happened and she suggested I report it to the Better Business Bureau. I believe they were negligent and now owe me another stove. Thanks for any help you can offer.

      Scam of an electric company one of the worst I've ever dealt with in my 52 years on this planet. Every single way to pay your bill comes with a fee except paying online which miraculously happens to always be down. Their website hasn't been up and operational in the 3 years that I've lived here and that should tell you enough. Too bad it's just another one of these scams that we have to deal with As Americans the Monopoly of the electric and Utilities companies. Sure would be nice to see competition amongst these thieves.

      Outages for No reason. No excuses and takes hours to restore service. I had to throw away half a freezer of meat and ice cream, they won't pay for it. Trees grow over power lines and they won't do anything about it. And then tonight, a month ago (approximately) they installed a smart thermostat, tonight it is 85 degrees and I went to switch on air conditioner and it keeps shutting it off and switching heat on. Seriously!!

      I moved back to Little Rock in August 2022. I had to pay a $220 deposit since I was technically a new customer. I was told that as long as I paid on time for 12 months I would get MY money back. I asked the woman I spoke with when setting it all up about my planning on moving from the apartment to a home around the 11th month. I wanted to make sure I would still get my money back at the 12 month mark since I would still be with Entergy. She said yes. I have been asking for my money since September 2023 since that marked my 12 months of on time payments. They ignored me for months. I finally got a reply on March 2024. After several back and forth messages with them, they said that I had to start all over on month 11 since I moved even though my name was on both accounts and they are linked. They already kill us with our high electric bills, but they also like to keep deposits when they shouldn’t! That’s just ridiculous.. I have to add that customer service is subpar. They don’t care because we really don’t have a choice!

      I have never had 6 months of time were energy did not end up messing up their own billing, lie to me about it, and then it cost me extra in the form of interest, fees, and lost time at work when dealing with energy. They cant even get my address into their system correctly and have the address for an empty lot as my address. Even when they admit that they lied about something to get me to agree to a resolution, they dont honor it unless it is something that they make an extra 2-5% in fees. i have had a total of 24 month in which they wont issue a bill and i have been told to just pay in blind, even though i cant see what i was being charged or even if the money was staying credited to my account. The credit would always go back to zero the next day after a payment. Then once I received a bill, it was for over 2000 dollars, and they created paperbills going back the 14 months they hadn't sent me a bill, it took pouring through those bills and checking against payment records I had from my bank account to make sure I was credited for all of my payments. I was charged interest on all of those months of no billing that I still had to pay, because they have a legally protected monopoly and are quite comfortable ruining someone's life to extort more money out of them. then back in October, they canceled the payment arrangement on that amount to eat the entirety of the payment that had been made on the account, then recreated the payment arrangement for a lesser amount and still left the current months charges due with the new payment arrangement amount on it. It took hours of repeating the same information over and over to people while being passed around and being repeatedly being told that is just how it was going to work and i have to pay the new amount. Finally by going to the county court and speaking with someone there while talking with energy did they come up with a solution(you probably guessed it) Remake the Payment arrangements again and charge more fees.
