I had a problem with Home Energy RX following through on what they were said that they would do. After filing a complaint, the company reached out to fix the problem. They dismissed the employee that I have been working with and the owner stepped in. They followed up quickly and professionally and were able to fix the big problem with air leakage that I had with my house. I would now recommend this team very highly for their professionalism and quality of performance.

I was working with ***** ****** to find energy solutions for my home. They had done an excellent job for my son at his home. After working them for almost a year, they still have not done ONE thing of what they said that they would do. They have suggested insulation for my house for a number of areas and have never followed through. We needed weatherstripping around our doors and they have never followed through. My understanding is that they work under contract through Entergy to lower your energy costs. Hopefully Entergy has not paid them one dime for their in action at my residence. I have repeatedly called ***** ****** and have left messages for him and have never gotten a callback.
