Bought the 2017 chevy Silverado 1500 from this company. I have repeatedly asked for documents like the record of the finance documents. I was sold a extended warranty that ai didn't received no documentation on where to use if needed. I had requested from the salesman to send me pictures of the faults of the truck but he didn't. The truck was shipped, upon inspection i found out it had many things that were not mentioned Pryer to the sale, like I request it. There is leak from the cooling system, the radio doesn't work properly, the accessory electric plug, power supply for phone and usb ports don't work. To many things not checked before selling. I have yet to receive license plates. Or documents for it.Business response

We sent the paperwork to the company that registers the vehicle. The paperwork and tags were delivered to him on 3/19/24. We have a picture of it being put on a stool on a porch. As far as the truck goes, it goes through the inspection process and it passed. He was offered an extended service contract. He wanted to get it at first, but then declined it and he signed off on that. The truck did have 120,000 miles on it. He purchased the truck as-is no warranty.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: there actions are as follows . they didnt disclose all the information about the truck as requested. I have had to do repairs to this truck that they did not disclosed. The inspection was of the truck. The repairs have cost me money . This dealership failed to mention all kinds of defects, I mention to the salesman to send me all that was wrong with the truck, but was never sent. with that I felt they had sent me qall the faults.Initial Complaint

Bale Collision Center on 100 N Cross St, Little Rock, AR 72201 bid on my Subaru 2019 to fix the damage from an accident promising my insurance that they will fully repair the car. Dropped my car off to Bale on Feb 7, 2023 and received my car back on March 7, 2023. Insurance paid around $5000 and I had to pay for the deductible which is $500. When I went out to see my car after I paid the condition did not look good. Both driver and back passenger doors were not shutting fully and not opening easily. There were big gaps were water goes in. When I pointed out the problems, they told me to bring the car back tomorrow so they can work on it again. Which I did, however I had to take the car back because the isolation on the doors were lacking and the car was leaking large amount of air and there was bent on one of the doors. They took my car back for repair on March, 14 and March 18 again to fix the door and leakage problem. Same day of March 18 I had to take the car back because this time my passenger side mirror would not work/move. Long story short, the car two doors are still not closing how it is supposed to be, there is still large air leakage and the driver side mirror is malfunctioning. I took the car another repair place and they told me that they will fix the issue for good because it was easy to do it from the very beginning. I do not wish to pay this out of pocket, and I like Bale to refund my $500 money so I can use it to get my car actually fixed. The whole process was not only unpleasant but almost cost my livelihood. Having to take so many days of excuses to deal with this was inconvenient. They did not have to bid on it and needed to be honest about what they are capable of or not capable of. They were dishonest to my insurance and me with their promises and it is rather unethical. . The repair was so bad that my car door was all crocked and bended and was not closing fully.Business response

I want to apologize for our lack of response on this case. Do to our lack of response I am willing to refund Ms. ***** the $500. I am not admitting or denying fault, this is purely out of a lack of customer service and untimely response to the case.Customer response

December 9th, 2022 I (*** ********) went to Bale Chevrolet with my daughter ******* to look at a vehicle to purchase for myself. sales Lady **** *******l assisted with finance mgr **** ******. We put 10,000 down on a 2021 Nissan Rouge. The Rouge sold with addons of the dealership taking advantage I was unfamiliar with car purchase adding $7,500 in addition the loan and another $2,700 for coverage which cannot be processed except credit to the loan. **** ****** at Bale Chevrolet knowingly fraudulently sold me a lemon suv against the car fax report presented also knowing the dealership only had one key to the vehicle telling me after the paperwork was complete that It was my responsibility by law to get a second key made because the dealership wasn't supposed to sale without a second key@ $500.00. Upon purchasing tags on 12/21/2022 the vehicle would not start on 12/23/2022. Bale Chevrolet said use the warranty insurance package they sold me to get the vehicle fixed. Bale Chevrolet committed insurance fraud selling me insurance to use on a vehicle thats a lemon. Bale Chevrolet it was nothing they could do. The 2021 Nissan Rogue was towed to McLarty Nissan on 12/27/22 with 38,105 miles. 12/09/2022 of purchase the Nissan had 38,062 miles. The vehicle was in shop until January 27th, 2023. I only had the vehicle for 12 days and managed to put 42 miles on the vehicle. I have all documents showing the contracts, the car fax, vehicle insurance, monies paid to Bale Chevrolet on 10000.00 downpayment, McLarty Nissan Body shop, Capital One Finance for car note, State Revenue registration, Alley addons sold from dealership, Asher wrecker towing of vehicle. We will cooperate in anyway turning over documents, invoices and receipts to testify to those reviewing this case. I have much more to say and submit when given the opportunity to be in more detail from this brief sum**** of highlighting in a paragraph.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: that more can be done from what they have already done. The vehicle does not meet the standards of a newly purchased vehicle and Bale Chevrolet did not practice any of its core values that they so highly pride themselves on business standards to help resolve the issues submitted.

My name is ****** *********. I live at **** ******** Dr. in NLR, AR. I had an auto accident on March 30th 2022 where i was side swiped by another driver. After the accident everything worked perfectly fine i only had damage to the driver side of my vehicle. I chose Bale Collision Center to make repairs. Their number is **** ********. I wished i had chose somewhere else. The original adjustor gave an estimate which included having to remove the headlights to repair the front bumper. When i picked up my vehicle on April 28th my automatic headlights no longer turned off on their own. I have to manually shut them off. I called the collision center and was routed to the store manager **** *******. The shop manager never apologized or took accountability for their incompetence. No professionalism, ethics or concern for their customers. I am not having to deal with an issue that wasn't there before i dropped my vehicle for repair and its very frustrating.Business response

We have discussed this issue with Ms. ********* as well as her insurance company. After looking into the issue Ms. *********'s insurnace company declined the claim that the headlights issue was related to the work that we preformed on her vehicle. The control module for this feature of the auto headlights is on the opposite side of the vehicle from where the damage was, also if it was a result of work that we performed the headlights would not turn on automatically.
