      I brought a 2015 chevy colorado with o ly the valet key as o yet after many requests and promises ha yet to receive keys or touch up paint. Other common problem with vehicle such as tranmission hesitation

      We have been in contact with the customer.  We have tough up paint waiting on him when he comes in to program the valet key.  The vehicle has to be here to be programed.  He purchased and ext warranty that may cover his transmission concerns.  We look forward to assisting him with his concerns when he comes in for the valet key programming.

      Bought vehicle on 1/25/24 dealer did all paperwork electronically. They will not send me application for title, give me run around on phone then never call back, I have called multiple times, last person I spoke to said I would receive paperwork in 40-60 days. I had seven days to register in Ms now I am accruing penalty and am unable to legally drive truck.

      We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to the customer.  We send his original sales tax check made out to the state of Ms instead of his local county.  We reissued the sales tax check made out to his county and it went out on the 19th of Fed.  I have reached out to the customer myself to make sure he got it and to see if there were any penalties he accrued and offer to take care of those, but his phone goes straight to voicemail.  We look forward to taking care of this matter quickly and as conveniently for the customer as possible.

      Upon purchasing a truck from the establishment, less than a month after having said vehicle I experienced multiple problems with it. I brought the truck back to Crain to seek resolution for the problems and at first to no avail, they were trying to charge me $2,000 to fix the problems on the vehicle. After back and forth with negotiations, they were willing to fix the vehicle after two weeks of conversations. After speaking with the head mechanic he gave me a date that the truck would be finished by with was 4 days from the time of drop off. Those days flew by and I called back to check on the truck, they informed me that they were still waiting on the parts. Three and a half weeks past of that same dilemma. My truck was finally finished, and upon taking back my truck I noticed my truck was left in poor condition. I had dirt and debris left all on the floors of the truck, a coat I had in my vehicle was missing, my front hood was scratched. As if someone had threw a toolbox on the hood and pulled it off. I tried contacting Crain's manager - ******* ****** on multiple occasions, he will not return my calls or email back with a resolution to these problems that was unresolved.

      Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2021/12/29) */ After completing his service, we paid the $500 deductible for Mr. **********, we repaired his truck as quickly as we could get the parts, and did all we could to ensure that the transaction was as thorough as possible. We do not use individual tool boxes that can be placed upon someone's hood of their vehicle, and would have no reason to have removed any personal belongings from his truck. We do all that we can to notify our customers that we are not responsible for any items left in their vehicles, as from time to time someone may think they have left an item in their vehicle only to have it turn up somewhere else, after they have accused someone here at the store. We hope that Mr. ********** has found his items, but we cannot take any responsibility for a missing jacket. In the event that Mr. ********** needs service in the future, we will be more than accommodating, as we always have. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/01/02) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept their response for what took place. Whether or not the mechanics have personal tool boxes, the hood of my truck was still scraped at their facility under their care. The hoodie in my car was stolen or taken out without my permission, I would not accuse an employee if I simply misplaced it. Then saying that personal items left in vehicles is not your responsibility but also letting items go missing in your possession is a sad excuse .My truck was in their possession for almost a month (23 days) and the head mechanic was trying to get me to pay $1700+ for maintenance on truck I had less than a month which doesn't seem quite fair.
