      We purchased a vehicle in Jan. 2022. Everything was great through the sale and we where promised the moon. Once we drove off the lot, that all changed. We were lied to so many times. I waisted months on the phone with ******** **** and **** *******, just to continue to be lied to. Three months later all we received was an apology. Fast-forward, we sold/traded in said vehicle Nov. 3, 2022 at a different dealership. I requested the odometer reading paperwork to take to Crain Mazada, Wesley *****, on Friday, Nov. 4, 2022 to send in to JM & A for reimbursement on the extended warranty we had purchased. He informed me he would have it taken care of by Monday, Nov. 7, 2022. I started calling Mr. ****** ***** Dec. 12, 2022 bc we had still not received the refund of $3013.08 we were owed. Mr. ***** did absolutely NOTHING but give me the run around and once again lie to me multiple times and then just all together stop answering my calls and when I showed up at the dealership on Dec. 19th to speak with him, he passed me onto ***** ******* I was given a number to call JM & A to inquire about refund by *****. I called the next day only to be informed that they had received the cancellation request DECEMBER 20,2022 and to top it off, knowing the vehicle was traded in and paid off in November, ****** ***** took it upon himself to set our refund to go to the finance company instead of us. So I call back the next day and spoke with ***** ****** bc I was told by JM & A the dealership would have to log back on, unclick the finance company box and click the box for us to get the reimbursement check. ***** assured me right then he was taking care of it, easy peasy. Wrong again! I called JM & A 01/03/2023 to be informed our $3013.08 refund went to the finance company and I would have to contact them. After contacting them, we were told, yes they have it and would send us a reimbursement but we wouldn't receive it until the end of March. Worst customer service I've had in my 52 years.

      Very good to deal with. Salesman Will, was very helpful. And had good knowledge of vehicles. General manager, Cecil gave us deal we wanted. Plan on returning to Crain for next vehicle. Very easy-going purchase, no pressure from salesmen. Thanks
