We called about a kitchen line that was not draining, the tech, who was the trainer for the business spent three hours on it, did not find the problem let alone fix it, shrugged his shoulders left and hit my disabled mother a $350 charge. I called and talked with them and they felt justified in charging that for nothing. I could have flushed $350 down the toilet for the same value, now mom has no drain for dishes or laundry and not enough money to get it fixed. If she were able bodied she could work around it, but she can’t stand or walk without excruciating pain. Thanks for nothing.

If there was a rating less than one star, that's what I'd assign to this review. Two weeks ago, two agents of this company, names Landon and Travis, came to my house to give an estimate of cost to replace and install a gas water heater. Twice, I made it clear as to the specifications of the unit I wanted, and, they assured me they could provide it. They gave me a written estimate (copy provided upon request) of $1,590.54. After waiting two weeks, they arrived and tried to install a unit contrary to the specifications I required. I called the service manager (he would only give his first name as James) and they then came back with an estimate of $3,000 for a lesser quality brand than the one they brought with them. When I questioned their business practice, I was told to have a good day; just like the lady who published the other review on this business. When they were out, before I called their hand on the bait and switch tactic they tried to pull, they told me that Laura Lusk was in charged of their kitchen remodeling work and said, "you wouldn't believe the price she charges", with a hearty laugh. I had also asked if they (Landon & Travis) would be the ones returning to do the installation, Landon said, " Oh, yeah, I guarantee you the Lusk family are all "upstairs" raking in the dough while we do the work. This family may have built a good business but something has gone terribly wrong with their customer service, integrity , ethics and quality all around.

The piece from the tank that needed replacing I was quoted $347.34 dollars. I was shocked and asked again about the price. They said they would go and see if they could find the cylinder flush piece that was broken. When they returned they told me it was actually more then originally quoted and it will take two weeks for the part to come in. I asked them to hold off and I would get back with them.
I looked in the tank of the toilet and found a QR code for Kohler. It actually was my exact toilet information including all part numbers that go with the toilet. I pulled up the Kohler web site entered the product number and found the exact part for $29.00. I express shipped for another $12.00 and had the next day. The plumber that came from another company and installed it today charged me $140.00
I called Ray Lusk to inquire why they wanted to charge with labor $495.34 for a $181.00 job I was told to have a good day.
