This company is horrible. They have abandoned our pool incomplete. It has been 4 years and they have not even attempted to complete the items remaining. They are not trustworthy and should be avoided.

We finished this client's pool in 2019. The owner and Service Technician along with a construction crew went out to finish up the punch list for this customer and everything was functioning properly when we left. We have not heard a word from this customer until this review.Review from Toni T

They have horrible service. They do not do what they say they will do. They were supposed to open our pool April 1. We called every week and there was always some excuse. They finally came out at the end of May and finally got the pool opened after several trips. We signed up for their weekly service and Fermin was doing a fantastic job keeping the pool clean. Then I received a call today 6/27 from Matt stating they can't keep us on the schedule for July because they are too full. I find this completely unacceptable after we just paid them in excess of $1600 for opening the pool. I do not know how businesses can stay open after treating their customers the way they do. I'm sure there are much bigger jobs for them and most likely why they canceled my service, but it's unacceptable to do this to a customer right before a holiday.Diamond Pools, LLC Response

The reason that the service was postponed was because of rain and the customer had a liner pool that the liner was floating. He wanted us to pump the water out from behind the liner due to high underground water table. I explained that the water would just return until it stopped raining every other day. Once it did stop raining we did indeed pump the water out and reset liner into place and the customer was happy with the results and hired us to maintain the pool. After accumulating in excess of $1,600. on his account with no payment we canceled his service. We ran his credit card on file and he called and threatened to sue us if we did not reverse the charges. Which we did. Then his wife sent a check for the balance. We declined to reinstate service due to poor payment history with our company.
