            On May 4th had my car towed to Macuils Tire off University Ave in Little Rock AR. For diagnostic and repair to it being wrecked. After a overview Mr. ******* the Manager of the store contacted me and told me that I needed a Radiator, Radiator Support, AC Condenser, Freeze On, AC SWITCH. One it was repaired I paid for it and picked it up on May 10th 2022. After leaving I noticed smoked from the hood and I contacted him immediately. He informed me to bring it and I had it towed the next day. He stated that he didn't expect inspect the under the motor. Once inspected he notice there was a cracked behind the radiator that he stated he didn't check prior to when he had the vehicle. Mr. ******* stated no charge he will cover it. I returned to pick it up May 17th. He tried to charge me and I reminded him that he stated no charge to the previous conversation. He tossed my keys across the desk. And stated " Have a good day Ms. *******. After leave I had continuous motor problems and he will not answer the phone.

            Had my front brakes and rotors changed. When I left I noticed the brakes didn't feel right,but I thought maybe I needed to pump them. As I got on the highway a car merged in front of me and I went to throw on brakes and realized my car wasn't stopping. The more I pumped them it was slowing me down. I exited of the highway slowly and the brakes are not only not stopping but now making a very loud scrapping noise. They tow my car home then to the shop said C**** said he didnt know what happen but he pulled it out and it stopped for him. J***** said it sounds like they forgot to bleed them and they should've test drove it before giving it to me. It was a holiday weekend nobody could fix it until Monday. I requested my money back they refused and offered me a free oil change after I turned that down he offered to give $130 back after they fix the problem. I explained I could've killed myself or someone else I want all my money (490.50)back. They still refused.
