      Posted April 1st 2024 I had a problem and I worked with Jessica T******* from Arvest mortgage care team. She was outstanding and listened to my concerns. She is trust worthy, honorable and personable. When Jessica says she is going to do something she sticks to her word. She had my problem taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. When she tells you she is going to call you she keeps her word.This is my second mortgage I had with Arvest. I would highly recommend Arvest if you are looking for a mortgage for your home. I have worked with Missy, Sarah and Renee at one of there branches in Russellville Arkansas also. All three of them did an outstanding job for me with my first mortgage and also my second mortgage for my Arkansas home. All four are the best of the best with Arvest Bank. God Bless Mike S****.

      Their Balanceeraser loan is a SCAM ! I received and applied for this advertisement for 6.99% loan to consolidate and pay off high interest credit card debt. Worked with two different employees from arvest bank, pulling my credit, deciding what we were going to pay off. We worked together for over a week - then the day came that we were going to sign papers, pay creditors and close on my loan. Fyi - my credit score was in the 700’s . Somehow ? Instead of the advertised 6.99% i was told my interest rate was going to be 16.99%. I was confused and upset and should have said No forget this, but i didn’t. I took the loan that really was not helping me. I wasn’t advised to close any cards or not to charge them back up. Arvest bank did not care to really help me and they didn’t. I could not afford that payment and this loan is what started me on a downward path. My credit is now ruined with a 500 credit score and creditors dropping my lines of credit to nothing. Beware !!       I’m about ready to close my account with them. Their app is wrong consistently. I deposited a check and it will not go into my bank account. I called the 24 hour line and entered my account information, and it said my account is not in their records. I entered in my information several more times to make sure I entered it correctly, and it’s still saying my account is not in their records. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. I trusted this bank with my finances and now I have hundreds of dollars in limbo somewhere because my check will not deposit and my account supposedly doesn’t exist. Despite me using this account almost daily. This is ridiculous.

      Deposited a loan from my 401k, (T Rowe Price), to help in purchasing and new vehicle, was told that they might put a hold on it. When I asked how long the hold would be, I was told it's usually just a day or two. Recived a voice mail from Arvest, one day later, that they only process those checks once a month, two weeks later. Would not recommend this bank to anyone

      Worst bank I’ve ever used. They have errors with their system that caused an extra late fee on my account. Despite banking with them for over 10 years they refused to take it off. Their customer service person kept threatening that I would get charged another late fee if I didn’t pay after the billing cycle and that my account was not in good standing despite just paying them more than double the amount that was owed before the due date. I will be transferring my balance to **** (who are fantastic) and not dealing with them anymore. They would have make more than a 25 dollars worth of a late fee off my interest but I would much rather pay that to someone else than ever have to deal with them again.

      I think they're liars I think they're they cut corners when they're wrong they do not honor anything I would not refer anybody to arvest Bank. When they make a mistake they want to blame the other person after you speak with their own Representatives they're still going to say that it's not their fault they say that every phone call is recorded but they have no proof they deposit the money into your account and then take it away they are liars do not use our best bank they will screw you in every way manageable

      Worst Bank Ever Experienced - the mortgage department is a complete nightmare to deal with. I contacted them one year (YEAR!) ago to start a “simple” mortgage assumption application. I pre-reviewed their requirements and the exact step-by-step process. After months of a complete runaround, I realized now they flat out lied about the process and requirements. In the beginning of this process and after I fully disclosed my info, they proceeded to tell me to start the application process and it that it “wouldn’t be a problem”. I sent them 25 financial docs, which mind you, they weren’t able to provide a secure platform for (first major red flag!) and I’m certain isn’t allowed under FDIC requirements. I wasted days/time preparing and emailing docs/statements, only for them to repeatedly go radio silent because they kept “losing” my docs or claimed they didn’t get certain docs… Weeks and months went by with them needing me to resend the same docs via email over and over and for what - nothing - they literally just stopped cold and never followed up. Literally it’s impossible to get a hold of an actual human. WORST banking experience. This is my 7th home loan, I’ve never been late or not have a bank approve me - Arvest is a nightmare and I’m basically stuck now. I can’t imagine how they treat people who have real financial troubles. If your bank sells your mortgage loan to them like they did to me - RUN - Refi and pay whatever necessary to get out and get away from them. They aren’t capable of completing basic financial due diligence or managing application processes securely and likely are mishandling sensitive financial documents. Given I’ve sent ALL my personal taxes/financials to them without any communication I’m worried my financial identity is at risk. I’m sorry I trusted their word/initial process and didn’t realize what a nightmare this “simple” application would turn into.

      This is the worst customer service you can get. So I get a notification from the state of California that I have an outstanding check that was not cashed. I reached out to this company. They have no clue what I was talking about and told me to call back when there were more people working. Called back the following Tuesday and the rep found the old account, verify my information told me that he will send me my funds. 3 weeks went by and I have not received a check. I called back, the next rep explained that there are no notes because he has to go into the old system to find my account. He verify my information again and told me my check should arrive in 7-10 business day. Nothing again for 2 weeks! I called back for the 4th time and the girl told Me there is nothing here, no notes, didn’t know what they did and that it takes 7-10 business days to process the request and another 7-10 business day to mail out the check. Ummm?! What?!?!! Called back 3 weeks later to see if a check was being mailed so response. Asked for a manger this time. Guess what? Told me she will follow up by Tuesday. The joke is on me again. She is out sick since she last worked and it’s been a week. Wow, the level of BS from this company. Not once was anyone apologetic and empathized with me. Then again another BS telling me that they have to wait for the cashiers department and it’s only by email communication. So, I have been contacting this horrible company since after Christmas and I never seen a check and I have to get it by may before they send the funds to the state. The level of service is 0. They are the worst. Management doesn’t care. Representative don’t know what they are doing or what’s going on. Don’t do business with them because they are very behind and messy with the accounting and record keeping.
