hi my name is ********* and i paid my fee to get my MA certification and i have been calling for a week now and i even emailed them to see if they have received my documentation so i can take my exam and nobody is answering the phones nor getting back at me, im starting to wonder if this is real or a scam. I would like to either get an answer ASAP or get my money back ASAP..Business response

I have been calling for days. I have left no less than 8 messages with no return call (calling over 20 times trying to get a human to all three options available), 5 emails, as well as emails sent to both options to send a message through their site with NO RESPONSE! I have called Company does not answer calls, emails and do not respond to you when you leave a voicemail within one business as stated on their message. I have paid the money, provided the proof of eligibility, passed my test but I still do not have my certificate and my job depends on it! All I want is my certificate. PLEASE!!!!Business response
