**** ***** Beware here it is Im handicap . One code came on a truck that said to get our truck checked out. We went to the ** in the ** said oh its a heater wire number 2 And they said they couldnt fix it, so we looked Online and we see the 24 Hour Truck Center. I 55 I called them and they said oh we can get you in and get you out. Dont go to Freightliner theyll take 5 to 6 days to get you in, OK will be there in the morning we get there at 8 oclock and the guy name ********************* it up to the computer and says all I need the number2cable The same code as a ** OK 24 hours later we had more codes than we could think of they got the wrong cable from Freightliner. They pulled all the wires down and connected out all different kind of connections and then had to go get the right one they did a five hour region trying to clear the codes and then they say youre gonna have to take it to Freightliner it need a heater System for the def so we did we had to get a tow truck. We get it to Freightliner Freightliner says well when they put the cable on they forgot to put the connection which caused us now instead of $800 that they wanted us to pay it and cost us $1500 plus the Loads that we were on which cost Us a pretty ***** for their mistake we got a tow bill and a service charge It took 24 hours for them to say go to Freightliner Because they did not know what they were doing Dont go there cause youll be screwed. Ask if their mechanics are certified everybody will be putting hands on your truck. You go there for one thing and you leave with a whole bunch of other issues.
