      Seller will take your order and money online but wont ever ship any the products you paid for. Any attempt to email or call company is pointless because they wont answer

      I ordered their product on-line, they took payment of $29.42 (including tax) on February 6, 2024, received an email confirmation and the product has never shipped. I contacted them by email on February 26th and again March 20th with no response. I have called the phone number provided and there is no answer and seems to be an individuals phone number. I don't believe this is a legitimate business and are taking money from consumers and not paying any tax to the state. They run the business over the internet and the site should be sut down.

      I ordered a putter headcover from Grindin' Golf Co. on 5/20/22 for $37.68 and my payment went through immediately (order #****) (tracking #******************************). I assumed it would ship within a few days, so after a week I followed up via email asking for an update and received no response. According to USPS the pre-shipment info has been sent but they have not received the item. Since then I have followed up via email once a week and still have not heard a word back from Grindin Golf. I also messaged them on Instagram a few times and have not received a response on there either. After over a month of reaching out I still have not heard a word and am starting to feel like I was scammed. I was excited to purchase this product being an Arkansas Alum and helping out a small business, but after this experience will never buy another item from them again. Absolutely no way to run a "business".

      One of a long line of customers who ordered online and now have not received any correspondence or products from this company after many attempts. They apparently are in the business of taking fellow Arkansans money and giving you nothing in return. Please do not make the same mistake I made.

      I returned a purchased hat back to Grindin Golf Co months ago and never received a refund. I have emailed them multiple times and have not received a single follow-up email or reply.

      i ordered 2 golf hats from this company via online on September 30th. I was charged on that day. I have not received my order and have emailed and called on numerous occasions and have not received a response. I see that this company is subject of numerous complaints.

      On September 13 2021, I purchased a hat on pre-sale from Grindin' Golf Co. through their website. I received no correspondence from them regarding the production of the hat. I emailed them initially on the 20th of September asking if I could possibly change my order to another hat that was on pre-sale, and received no response. After nearly 2 months of no response to my order or request, I sent them an Instagram DM, and another email requesting any form of a response to communicate if I could receive a refund or info in the production of my hat. I looked at their social media, and many other customers complained of no response to DMs or information regarding their orders. I have yet to receive a response from them with this recent communication and told them I would be reaching out to BBB as this lack of customer service and fulfillment of an order after taking my money is ludicrous.

      So I placed an order with this company on Sept 14th and still have not received it. I have sent multiple emails with no response and also have tried calling, but no answer. My wife sent them a message on Instagram as well, but no response there either. You can look on their Instagram page and see that I'm not the only one that's having this same issue. It's been over 2 months and I would just like my money back. Businesses like this should not be able to operate or do business anymore if they don't provide any sort of customer service. How can you run a business without customer service??

      I bought a black pigs hat from this company on September 18th. I received it had "shipped" with in the next week or 2. Kept checking shipping and it said usps was waiting on the item. I have messaged and commented on their Instagram with no response. I have checked their website and all the "pigs" hats say out of stock now except the black. I ordered a black "pigs" hat. How can it still be in stock if I have yet to receive mine 2 months later!!!?

      Ordered 2 hats on Sept 14th. Paid in full ($82.10 with shipping). Not delivered. No response to multiple online/email inquiries. They posted on Instagram that they had over 2000 orders and would be delivered soon. At $25 each that is over $50,000 they pocketed. That has to be criminal at this point.
