I purchased a cap on September 17, 2021 from this company. They charged my credit card for $32.88 for the item. It gives me a tracking number, but says the USPS hasn't picked the item up yet. I have never received it, and they have yet to reply to multiple emails and a voicemail on when or if this item may ship. Order *****Initial Complaint

I placed an order on Sept. 11, 2021 for a hat through their website. Order was confirmed, my payment was accepted, and I even received a "shipping" confirmation as quickly as Sept. 14, 2021. However, my shipping link via USPS has never been updated and indeed USPS has yet to receive my package from Grindin' Golf. I've reached out to Grindin' Golf through their listed email on 3 separate occasions with zero response. They don't list a phone number.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item from grinding golf co. My payment went through and I never received a confirmation for the purchase Pr tracking information. I have reached out to them multiple times with no answer. Apparently I'm not the only one this has happened to.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/15) */ The customer ordered the hat on a Saturday, along with 400+ other buyers, 200+ which happened to be ahead of his order. The product arrived today, Wednesday, 3 whole business days after purchase. The buyer needs to get a life, end of story. USPS tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX And for the record that tracking number has been attached to his purchase since the label was printed.
