This is a craft site where you purchase the books and/or patterns and these books and/or patterns are then under your profile to be used being as you physically purchased them. I have used this site for several years without any issues. Now going into this site my profile no longer has any of the patterns that I purchased. When I found an email address to send question, the response from them was simply that they no longer support the patterns being available under individual profiles any longer. There was nothing mentioned about being able to get the patterns that have been paid for - they simply could care less. Basically they have taken at least $100.00 if not more from me over several years time and then removed everything that was purchased. So basically I have paid for services and product that no longer exists. Either they need to pull up old information and provide all the downloads again or refund money to the customer. And in addition to this - supply an extremely large store discount for the inconvenience.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/30) */ At the time of the consumer's purchase, digital patterns were sold under the following digital download policy: "Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible upon purchasing, no refunds of any fees or other amounts paid by you in connection with the Product will be allowed under any circumstances. However, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact Customer Service. Notification of any issues must occur within 10 calendar days of the original sale. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion." As per this policy, Leisure Arts provided no claim of storage or continued access beyond the initial purchase/download of the file. Digital files were sold as-is with the expectation that end-consumer would be responsible for backing-up their purchases. As per this policy, any issue concerning the ability to download this product must be communicated by the end-consumer within 10 days. As stated by the end-consumer in the case description, these purchases occurred "over several years time," meaning the consumer was able to download their purchased files.
