I got estimates on the cost to repair the damages and how long it will take to get in and to be done. When i got the estimate from them I made it perfectly clear i am trying to fix ALL dents dings and scratches and they stated ok so i got an estimate and had to wait months to get in after multiple calls to just get the estimate. So when I came to drop off my truck I noticed on the estimate that all the main work is on the right side according to the estimate so i asked them to come outside and reverify what needed to be done going over that I want all dents and dings and scratches fixed. They stated that’s fine and the rest can be touched up and buffed out for an extra 100 buck i felt that was low but after asking again and being reassured i left with them with the understanding it will be done by the end of the week. Well two weeks later I’m finally able to pick up my truck and to be honest disappointed isn’t the best word to describe how i felt. They didn’t put my visors back on there is dents still on the right side and dings scratches on the left where it wasn’t touched at all the tailgate now has all kind of overspray on it my third brake light was reinstalled not correctly and was falling off and the gaps on the panels are off. Talked to Gary **** about it and he claims that the panels don’t need adjusting that how they were and he doesn’t know what the stuff on the tailgate that they didn’t touch the third brake light must of just came off and for all of the left side it was a “misunderstanding” that they ain’t doing it they don’t have time and they were rude and even when pointing out the dent still on the right side he said “we’re done with the truck he has too much to deal with I’m done talking about that one.” Personally I will never use them again or give them any type of good review because all they did was charge me for stuff and never finished the job. The work is below par and the owner refuses to one acknowledge there’s problems or even fix it.
