I hired the company to clean our gutters. The job was completed on June 30,2022. However they left a heavy drill on the top of the roof which is a very dangerous hazard to anyone below. I notified them immediately but now over 20 days have passed and they have not come to remove it.. but have left a dangerous hazard above the pool area of my house. I have called, spoken to them via email and they have excuse after excuse and never a supervisor to speak to about the situation.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:it took a dozen emails, calls and hours to get them to send someone. We had a dangerous tool on our roof for weeks (over 3 weeks to be precise) and it was a hazard for those below at our pool.
I have asked for a manager to resolve this and there is NEVER (8 calls) one in the office.
I want a refund for the atrocious service. It was a hazard to us to leave a heavy tool at such a height.
I have record of every call, text and photos of the drill On the roof for weeks. The technician they sent told me
he had just been asked to handle it the day before after 3 weeks of communication. It is the least they can do to refund us. I want the company to be liable for such a hazard.
I have now spent an hour just today waiting to speak to a manager.
