Eric was highly recommended by one of my coworkers because he provided great customer service and gave a very detailed report on what, how, and when things should be addressed. Highly recommend! Eric was punctual, knowledgeable, and very insightful. He completed his inspection and walked me through a few "good-to-knows", this was extremely helpful as a FTHB. His report was very detailed, very well photographed, and carefully noted recommendations that we plan to implement soon.
