I ordered 15 Joan J raspberry plants on May 3, 2023. I emailed ***** Berry Farm to determine if the product would be delivered prior to the end of May. Their response was that the product would be shipped the following Tuesday (May 9, 2023). When I did not receive a notice of shipment I again emailed ***** Berry Farm and was told that the product would ship immediately. When I again did not receive notice of shipment by May 25 I again emailed the company and told them that if the product had not shipped that I wanted to cancel the order. The company ignored my request and shipped the product on May 26, 2023. The product was to be live Joan J raspberry canes that do not have thorns. The product finally arrived improperly packaged and the roots and canes were completely dried out and dead. Further the canes were covered with thorns, as stated above, this is a thornless variety. I contacted ***** via email three times and they ignored each of my messages. I still have not heard from the company. I have retained the dead canes, and have had them in moist soil since delivery...I have also retained the messages I sent to them.Business response
