I purchased a service plan with Ski Brothers AC when I bought the house. On the first visit, ***** found that the secondary drain for the AC was clogged and he spent approx 2 hours fixing it. Everything was fine until approx 3 was ago. I called because I noticed that the drip pan was full and spilling over onto the ceiling. The tech came out, on a routine maintenance call, and emptied the plan. 2 days later, the pan was over flowing again. Called and was told that she couldn’t give me a time when they would arrive but could be 530pm. Thinking that I didn’t need all that water dripping, I called another company. He came and emptied the pan. 3 days later, same thing. I called-after hours, and ***** answered telling me the “other guy” didn’t do me any good and he would have to check the on call tech schedule. Never came, never called back. This cause even more damage to the Sheetrock.

      06/05/2023

On 9/26/2022 Mr. ****** called and requested a service agreement with Ski Brothers. The same day he received service and his furnace was serviced. The amount of 236.52 was paid but that is for a yearly agreement. which was paid by the customer on 12/27/2022. At that time the customer had a clogged drain and it was fixed by Aaron. Which took two hours and Mr ****** was not charged for. On 12/23/2022 Mr ****** called he was having a thermostat issue and it had to be reconfigured. ***** went out to the customers house and fixed the issue at no charge on a holiday.  On  5/11/2023 Mr. ****** was called for his summer/spring visit that was due. He was scheduled for 5/17/2023 at his request and the appointment time after 4 due do his schedule. Our tech went out preformed the summer tune up and inspection. which included: An A/C tune-up keeps your air conditioning system in good working order. It includes:
      • Inspect coolant levels & pressure
      • Check & adjust thermostat
      • Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
      • Inspect evaporator coil
      • Inspect and clean condenser
      • Inspect condensate drain
      • Inspect outdoor disconnect
      • Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
      • Inspect compressor at startup
      • Inspect filter
When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system.
After the inspection spoke with the customer and let him know that he cleared the clogged drain line. checked and inspected all of the above items. The customer was told to keep an eye on the drain because our tech had a very hard time clearing the main drain line. The customer was notified that there was an issue and that this problem may come up again. and in the above statement the customer knew he had an issue before this visit occurred. On the Day the customer called I spoke with the customer and told him the tech could come but I could not give a time. He said okay then called back later to cancel when he cancelled the appointment our tech was on his way to his home. The customer wanted us to come fix an issue that the other company did not resolve after hours after he had cancelled the 1st appointment with us. The customer then puts complaint on facebook and the owner ***** reached out to him and the customer did not answer to resolve the issue. The owner will again reach out to the customer to resolve the issue. But at time time no refund for multiple services is due.
